Nope. As he is, he can't hurt anybody. Even [b]IF[/b] he really murdered them (which apparently isn't that certain), he probably felt sorry for it just after the act. Killing him, wouldn't make it better for anybody.

If somebody killed my relative, I would probably be blinded by rage for some time, but, I would never want any form of "Justice" to be had. Only thing that matters is, that the criminal should be for sure unable to do it ever again, and, if possible, compensated his fault as well as he could.

Only time when I would approve killing somebody is, if the murderer was planning to do it again.

Yeah me too, I remember this being on the news all of the time. It's hard to believe I was 9 or 10ish at the time since I remember it so clearly. I don't usually say people deserve death, but it's hard to say he didn't deserve it if he dies.
