The point is that they will charge for access to certain websites, or slow your access to higher-bandwith using websites. I.E: You might have to pay for access to YouTube. Currently, anyone on their phone who's phone can support it can go on YouTube. I can go on it for free with my unlimited browsing plan, but they might cancel that and say "Oh, an extra $5/month for YouTube"
