Source: http://www1.icsi.berkeley.edu/~nweaver/UlbrichtCriminalComplaint.pdf
I said no government slander! Also, the Canadian police have no records or any murders in the area that match the description. But hey, if the government says he's a killer, I guess that's that.
Yeah, that kind of shit wasn't allowed to be displayed publicly. Privately, especially between trusted users and admins, it was going on.
Source? Or is it "obvious"?

It's as real as it's going to get. It's not "government slander". You can't just call things you don't agree with government slander.

It's a federal crime to lie on those types of documents (perjury), and if something like that got through, it would jeopardize the ENTIRE criminal case against him. Do you really think a federal agent overseeing the case (that hes been working on for months and possibly years) would risk letting his suspect walk free by throwing lies into a criminal complaint? Just because you don't like what you're reading doesn't make it a conspiracy.
Then you didn't look far into it. It was going on. Why are you even trying to use this arguement when the owner himself has murdered people? He didn't just waltz into the street and ask for hitmen to kill his enemies.
Redandwhite contacts the SR owner and threatens to release thousands of customer data, unless the SR owner gives him $500K so he can pay back his supplier. SR owner asks for his supplier, and the supplier named “FriendlyChemist” (who’s probably redandwhite) contacts the SR owner. The SR admin requests a hit on redandwhite and gets it for $150K, significantly cheaper. Friendlychemist then sent a photo of redandwhite allegedly dead, but records showed no deaths. It’s obvious FriendlyChemist is Redandwhite and the SR owner knew it, but didn’t care since he’d get basically get a $350K discount from an inescapable extortion.
this is exaggerating sure people used it, but a ton more people just find a dealer somewhere
The somewhere dealer is a gamble. You might end up with pure stuff or krokodil.

The fact is that he paid for a hitman which is a already a crime to begin with. This site had things such as botnets and illegal weapons and I'm VERY glad it's gone.
Regardless if he knew it or not, it clearly shows he was fully intent on killing to get his way.
not if he was aware friendlychemist and redandwhite were the same person.
Regardless if he knew it or not, it clearly shows he was fully intent on killing to get his way.
Yeah dude because FriendlyChemist is going to kill his source of income off for a relatively cheap hit (compared to how much was owed). The owner knew he'd conspire with R.W but didn't care.

The only thing you or I know is that he paid for a hitman. If he were to claim that he didn't actually intend to kill someone then it wouldn't hold up.
IRL hisenberg. Terrifying dude, but at least his service probably saved more lives than it took.
Yeah, as strange as it sounds. Through this method, less people got shot over bad drug deals, stolen goods, ect.
You mean now i have to deal with sketchy people to get my hard drugs now? Come on FBI give me a break.
The fact is that he paid for a hitman which is a already a crime to begin with.
Let's wait until his trial (Not that its outcome will surprise anyone) to say those things.
So the guy gets busted only days after [sp]Walter White's death.[/sp] Coincidence? I think not. (User was banned for this post ("We have spoiler tags.
I'M A GIGANTIC IDIOT
Spoiler tag that shit bro
SPOIILERR Coincidence? I think not.
I haven't even watched Breaking Bad but now I won't ever watch it because of that spoiler and it'll be ON YOU that I never watch breaking bad
Spoiler tag that shit bro
Oh come on, it was totally inevitable.
I think the government should only restrict extreme drugs that cause people to go absolute apeshit, and create limits for the other drugs-- don't do large amounts to the point where you'd obey TomTom saying that the house right there is a road
I haven't even watched Breaking Bad but now I won't ever watch it because of that spoiler and it'll be ON YOU that I never watch breaking bad
umm they tell you Walt has cancer in the first episode.. so.. yeah.. what happens to people who have cancer......
Just found out he went to my University. (University of Texas at Dallas) Let's see how everyone reacts tmrw in class.
I haven't even watched Breaking Bad but now I won't ever watch it because of that spoiler and it'll be ON YOU that I never watch breaking bad
honestly that spoiler wasn't really a surprise to most of us who watched the show. it seemed pretty much the only way it could end in a satisfying way. watch the damn show. that spoiler isn't a big deal and seeing the details of how it ends is way more important.
Everyone's upset at the FBI because they shut down SR. That's their job guys, they're Law Enforcers, not Law Pickers. SR was breaking the law and was a significant part of the underground market, of course the FBI is going to move to shut it down.
Doesn't mean we can't voice our disagreement.
People should be annoyed with the law makers, not law enforcers. It's not like the FBI can pick and choose what to enforce.
Why host anything illegal out of the US ? always gets the FBI intrested eventually, hope they don't shut down the other good sites :v:
i heard this was some sort of decoy, not sure
there should be other alternatives to Silk Road no? I mean, I find it hard to imagine that no one else is running competitor sites considering how big Silk Road was
Black Market Reloaded was the biggest competitor, so most of the users will probably move there.
