He's complaining that nobody's paying attention to bias that involved him, while focusing on nepotism elsewhere, and arguing that if all instances of bias aren't being treated equally that the motivation is sexism. Since he's no longer working with Destructoid there's no real harm to himself in pointing out that there may have been bias involving him.
