Tbh, I don't think this is an accurate list. I would've expected more governors or someone with more political prestige. I would suspect that Christie and Kasich are likely on the list. Palin was more of a political tool for Trump to win over evangelicals, Rubio shut down rumors weeks ago but I'm sure Trump thought about him earlier but not now, and Cruz isn't very favorably looked upon so Trump has no use for him.
