good lord, I thought the title said "Moose carcass"
Soda has damaged your brain and the ability to perceive information
he's actually a robot
a shitposting robot
Sometimes i drop candy in my coke and let it dissolve for extra taste.
Sometimes i drop a dead mouse in my coke and let it dissolve for extra taste.
I really don't give a flying fuck if coca cola or shit is bad for you, i drink it pretty much every night and do this for 4-5 years. As long you brush you teeth nothing bad happens [editline]4th January 2012[/editline] Also i drink First Choice
I have a feeling that people who find soda delicious have dead tastebuds. I haven't had any soda in a few years or so other than a sip every now and then. It tastes like a cup of sugar dissolved in water.
If you have dead tastebuds, then how would they know if Coke was delicious? It would just taste like nothing. I have been drinking Coke and Dr Pepper since I was 4, and its still delicious. [editline]4th January 2012[/editline]
drinking a few cans of soda a week is no different from having a few cigarettes funny how when FP thinks smoking is "disgusting" and "stupid", while when it comes to red meat and soda it's all -"it tastes good, I don't give a fuck"
Hey Neolithic or Chinballz. How ya been doing?
I can regularly go through an entire 24-pack of Coca-Cola by myself in about a day if I really wanted to. If they really used sulphuric acid, then that would make me one mean, lean, diabetic machine.
24 cans in a day? I don't know about mean, but most likely diabetic, and certainly not lean. [editline]4th January 2012[/editline]
I've drank antifreeze. I then had liver failure. Doctors tell me I should be dead, but somehow I battled through it.
I think the doctors meant someone dumb enough to drink antifreeze should have died long before that.
But its true, most soda is like drinking battery acid. I don't understand why anyone drinks that crap anyways. People Keep quoting me saying that it tastes "good". I enjoyed drinking it 2 years ago before I stopped, then I looked at the sugar contents of most carbonated drinks and also what it does to your body. Stopping is very good for your health, you should look into it.
Battery acid is H2SO4 (with lead to make lead sulfate and all that). H2SO4 is famous for having a really high affinity for water which causes organic compounds to lose its water and leave behind a carbon-y mess. Soda has at most two acids: citric acid, which is in like every piece of fruit and is a vital part in the animal metabolic cycle known as the citric acid cycle or Krebs cycle, not to mention it's a really weak acid. Cola also has phosphoric acid, which is both fairly weak and also non-toxic, is a vital part of your DNA, RNA and energetic molecules such as ATP, where the energy from ATP comes from breaking a phosphate group (which is a derivative of phosphoric acid) and releasing ADP and a phosphate ion. Yes, I can see how soda is exactly like opening your car and taking a sip at the battery acid.
Mountain Dew is like sweet virgin Mary nectar. I can't help myself.
i just wanted to share something cool
don't get me wrong that's fucking cool

Why live healthy when you can live good?
My point was that people who drink soda regularly are desensitized to the ridiculous amount of sugar and other shit they pack in there. Everything sweet leaves no impact because you're so used to it. Stop drinking soda and other things packed with sugar for a few months and you will know what I mean. I can't even eat most candies anymore because the sweetness is so overwhelming. They don't even taste like food.
I mean they're kinda of right. Mountain Dew is so dang acidic. If you drink it hot, it feels like it's literally burning your mouth. Not to mention Mtn. Dew will rot your teeth out eventually, but it's still good to have in moderation.

I drink sodas all the time, and i don't have lung cancer, difficulty breathing, yellow nails or the other things cigarettes give. Perhaps next time stop spewing shit from your keyboard. And what the fuck is wrong with Red meat? If i eat some fucking steak will my lungs give up and collapse?

Because that's how I felt when I slowly transitioned from teen to young adult. Sweet shit becomes too sweet and you can no longer consume large amounts of it. But that's mainly for synthetic shit. I still love chocolate. [editline]4th January 2012[/editline]
Huh.
Dirt.composes.organic.matter.Don't.walk.on.dirt.
Can I ban dihydrogen monoxide whilst we're at it? It's a major component of acid rain, and kills many people yearly in various ways.
More reason for me not to drink it
Hmm, I should probably start drinking a lot less pepsi, fanta and all that crap if this is truely the case (which I doubt it is but I have no doubt fizzy drinks are unhealthy)
Can I ban dihydrogen monoxide whilst we're at it? It's a major component of acid rain, and kills many people yearly in various ways.
I once drank two liters of dihydrogen monoxide. Doctors said I should be dead by now but I battled through it.
Coke, Pepsi, etc. It all tastes like the same trash to me.
Maybe it's your taste buds that don't work. Pepsi tastes WILDLY different from Coke. I know this firsthand, my parents drink pepsi but I don't, and I've been known to grab some of their pepsi when I'm out of coke. Completely different.
Give me a glass of cold water any day. Love that stuff.
Coke is good, mountain dew is meh I only drink it if there is nothing else.
I don't really like Mountain Dew, either. I drink soda, but I've had to cut back lately, due to braces. I like it too much to give it up completely, though. My brother quit completely quite a while ago, and more recently he's decided to mostly give up candy.
They need to make a soda addict meeting so people can share their addiction and how they cope without it.
It's the asbestos
And the sulphuric acid they use in sodas are probably a factor, as well. No bullshit, check the ingredients tab on your soda.
oh god my bowels THEY BURNING
sulphuric acid
My Dr Pepper says phosphoric acid.
The inside of your stomach is even more acidic so what? And milk is a strong Base, again this wont do shit to your stomach
Did I miss sarcasm here? Or do you really think Milk is a strong base? Also, milk + soda = kidney stones possibly. Not saying it does, but when you mix the CO2 with your water you are generating some carbonic acid (H2CO3) and when drinking milk you are providing the body with Calcium. When you mix H2CO3 with this calcium you generate CaCO3 (or have potential to generate this, I won't get into the activity and what not of everything, its a bit above this topic) CaCO3 is Calcium Carbonate or limestone, basically kidney stone. So if you drink a lot of pop and ingest a lot of calcium. Be careful.
Ah nevermind, I'm dumb. They're saying he's lying about the mouse even existing.
To join in on the soda drinking talks: For some reason I can't stand the taste of normal tap water, to me it tastes more or less like drinking iron pipes. On the other hand I love drinking spring water (There's a small spring next to my parents house). I generally keep bottles of mineral water/soda about for when I get thirsty, and I also always have juice and milk in my fridge. [/offtopic] The first thing I thought when I read the title was "Sounds like a case for the Mythbusters".
