There will be unique stages for each console, though. Actually, I may be wrong. They worded it ambiguously, "The total number of characters is the same as the WiiU version..." So you may be right that there are exclusive characters for each console.

While not technically Smash Bros related, this was posted on the Nintendo Facebook page. I've been rather reluctant to buy the Wii U with the lineup of games it had when it first started out, but knowing that Smash Bros and the rest that were announced at E3 is going to make me spend my money on a Wii U for sure. The best part about the wii fit trainer is that 34 has been going [I]nuts[/I]. :v: I think I'm just going to get a wiiu. Ps4 might have cool looking games, but Nintendo always makes fun stuff to play.
