Remember friends; the democratic establishment is not dense nor stupid. They are looking out for their donors. They would rather lose the election than lose that big, juicy paycheck because they sided with progressives instead of the whims of their corporate donors.
Sanders was my original pick over trump.
Unfortunately I think he will be too old in 4 years.
In addition I still don't know why the left's leadership backed Clinton so vehemently.
They should have played the smart move and punted that turd as soon as shit went south just like they would have done if it was someone else.
I think the leadership backed her for personal reasons and not because she was a good fit for the presidency.
I think I'd prefer somebody in the center next election, Big headlines and divisive policies have really begun to annoy me.
Maybe somebody that didn't do a gimmick like "I have a vagina" or "WALL" and maybe just focused on our economy and didn't get into pointless wars.
Final note: I know I will get hate for this but I liked our non-intervention policy pre-WW2,and it seems like our alliances are quite one sided when it comes to defense.
That's my 2 cents to get my post count up.
