Yeah honestly to play devil's advocate, this could easily just be taken as Priebus continuing speaking about changing libel laws, not necessarily a constitutional amendment and certainly nothing about repealing the first amendment. Priebus and Trump are still incredible fucking cunts for even going down this road just because the media is shitting on them, but it's not quite "repealing the first amendment" tier.
