If only those horses had been chipped, maybe they wouldn't have confused them for cows so easily. That's a big problem for me, I can just never tell.

It doesn't help that the universal readers are so goddamned expensive. The cheapest I found was $300. Probably not a whole lot for a vet, but it still going to be a pretty hefty price for say a breeder.
