You would have to get an exam by a doctor to prove there is rape or have eyewitnesses. I doubt any of you would be questioning if this girl was raped or not if she wasn't a cheerleader.

There's no hard proof (I.E. DNA and a rape kit) but a whole lot of copping to it without copping to it by the school, the assailant's trial, and witnesses. Enough for any reasonable person not from Texas to say it happened. Witnesses said it happened, and that the assailant fled the home naked and returned violently demanding his clothing back. Interviewees in the community can show the trial was a sham (friends on the jury.) The school advised the victim to more or less shut the fuck up and stay out of sight.

When three students in the hall heard Hillaire’s cries of “stop,” they broke through the locked door as the athletes fled through a window, breaking it in the process." I don't see any mention of these, so I don't question that she wasn't raped, but we can't tell if the justice system did either of those things.
