Fuck Hollywood. It's a shit hole that exploits people as well as children for profits.
I'd just like to interject for a moment what you’re referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX. Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called “Linux”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project. There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine’s resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called “Linux” distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

I can't help but want to see what would happen if this were allowed to pass. Call it morbid curiosity. The thousands of computers coming down with the "Hollywood bug", all of the malware developers using forged signatures to get past the antivirus software that would be towing the line by not stopping the anti copyright infringement malware. It would be mortifying and hilarious at the same time.

It's actually a pretty ingenious idea, just bundle copyrighted content with your malware! This will never happen for that reason, it means anyone with the knowledge to create successful malware that's willing to take the very little time it takes to copyright a picture they took a few seconds to create in photo-shop would legally be allowed to deploy trojans all over the US.
I only pirate when Hollywood sits on their ass and doesn't release the shit that I am looking for, I'm not talking about new movies I'm talking about series that have been sitting in their safe, gathering dust and they refuse to release them through any normal channels such as Netflix or hulu or itunes or even their own website, Hollywood needs to take advice from big tobacco, you can push so far, but eventually it will all come down on top of you, they kept cases about smoke and cancer related deaths out of court for decades through lobbying and intimidation, then it fell apart, now they are finally trying to make a product that doesn't kill. Hollywood with shit like this is shows that they are trying to preserve the past instead of corner the future
Ahahah these guys are idiots. I remember my cousin in the US told me that he once forgot to turn off a torrent. So he was seeding for a day and his ISP called him. He then proceeded to act like he knew nothing about internet/technology in general. He yelled to imaginary people in the background "Kids! Does our wifi have a password?!" and stuff like that. He got away with it. :v:
Hollywood could just stop making shitty/retarded movies and then people wouldn't be nervous about buying a shitty/retarded movie. Douchebags.
I thought this was going to be about actual pirates holding people hostage. I need some sleep.
I mean really, who's gonna just outright BUY some shit like Magic Mike?
