if i were to get a laptop, this would be on my list
I like everything except the flippity-floppy support thing at the back.
Oh shit it's the new touch tech microsoft showed off a while back! That shit is a product seller.
I like everything except the flippity-floppy support thing at the back.
that's like, the best part
that double sensor is fucking clever
The Intel tablet better have HDMI output...
oh look, it's the new metro desktop theme
This is far better than anything I expected from Microsoft. Seriously considering buying this.

hoping for removable storage as well
I still agree Windows 8 is not fit for regular desktops and the like, but for something like this? .... Well, I'm throwing my money at the screen, yet nothing is happening!
This is amazing.
I still agree Windows 8 is not fit for regular desktops and the like
why?
mouse support, too please
YEEEES ACTUAL PHYSICAL KEYS
attachabble optional keyboard! yea!
Apple just got slapped in the fucking face. [editline]19th June 2012[/editline]
mouse support, too please
There's a USB port.
holy shit, ballmer must be so fucking smug right now
why
Metro is more fit for touch screens and tablet PC platforms then the usual mouse/keyboard deal. I guess I should have said Metro instead of Windows 8 as a whole.
Tactile keyboard as well.
This is like the complete opposite of the iPad. This focuses on functionality rather than minimalism.
that's like, the best part
It's something I imagine breaking fairly quickly.
i hope the people blindly bashing microsoft as we waited, and at the start of the presentation, are feeling pretty stupid now
Do you hear that? It's the sound of a lot of angry Microsoft hardware partners. :v:
This will be the device that actually makes me want to use w8.
"It was important that the Windows software could rise to the surface."
good one bro
Ew, displayport instead of HDMI
Metro is more fit for touch screens and tablet PC platforms then the usual mouse/keyboard deal. Still though, I tried out windows 8 on a desktop for a little while and it seemed decent but far from perfect
