Comparing a terrorist organization to pedophiles isn't an equal case. Even though both are taking lives/innocence. Restricting someone the material required to stay alive, is murdering them.

I don't expect them to turn straight, but I do believe they can control themselves without forced drugging. Violent offenders are given ways to control themselves beyond tranquilizers; if Pedophiles can control themselves through other means, they should not be forced to take drugs. If they do offend again, they understand they will be back in prison for a long time.
There is also a massive difference between actions taken to prevent a terrorist group getting weapons and forcefully drugging criminals.
