Guys, chemical castration is [B]not[/B] permanent. They're not saying, "We're taking away your ability to have enjoyable sex or the urge to have sex for the rest of your life." If anything, it's no different than jail. You stole a TV, now we're going to lock you inside jail so you can't steal TVs until you serve out your punishment.
It's the same thing with chemical castration, once your "sentence" with them is over, you can be taken off. Rape isn't a minor thing though, it might be years before you can be taken off.

It's not a good idea because if the person is falsely prosecuted there's nothing we can do to reimburse them if proven innocent.
These things are also common to hit innocent people.

There is nothing wrong with pedophiles as long as they don't act on there urges.
I agree with the person you quoted, the ones who are only caught looking at CP(not making it or actually harming kids just looking at it) and the ones who have never actually broken the law should be given treatment to help control there urges.
The ones who actually rape the children should be send to prison and forced to take a shower with a big muscluar black guy named buba who is serving a life sentence for murder and rape, in that order.
