I do hope you don't consider everyone with the title "Dr" a medical professional.
Unless Dr Dre has a PHD in Rhymeology.
Wait are you implying he doesn't?
No. As you're on the defensive side of the system, it's up to you to prove yourself. We've already got medical proof of your idiocy, its up to you to prove yourself not a total and complete idiot.
You just showed me that you can't backup your statement that people with autism are "brilliant."
He's a doctor though, hence the title "Dr."
lmao
you must be the kind of person who thinks Queen Latifah is an actual Queen of some country
You just showed me that you can't backup your statement that people with autism are "brilliant."
And you are saying we should trust a man with such great acclaim as
McGraw's advice and methods have drawn criticism from some fellow psychotherapists as well as from some laymen. McGraw's critics regard advice given by him to be at best simplistic, and at worst, ineffective.

McGraw said in a 2001 South Florida newspaper interview that he never liked traditional one-on-one counseling, and that "I'm not the Hush-Puppies, pipe and 'Let's talk about your mother' kind of psychologist."[
Totally professional guys.
[editline]2nd June 2014[/editline]
Appearing on the Today Show in January 2008, McGraw said that he has made it "very clear" that his current work does not involve the practice of psychology.
Yup, should totally take his show as absolute truth.
You just showed me that you can't backup your statement that people with autism are "brilliant."
You are aware that ALBERT E I N S T E I N was on the autism spectrum, right?
The dude famous for being BRILLIANT???

40% of autistic people have above average capabilities.

There's isn't any way you're this stupid. You must be a troll. You do realize that autistic people are some of the most brilliant human beings on the face of the earth? Just because they require some extra help doesn't mean they are any less human than you.
I'm sorry but what you posted you implied that all autists were brilliant. What you just gave me showed that only 40% are "sorta-kinda" smart.

Oh look, a source more credible than Dr. Phil.
Do you have any proof of your statement of "parents would rather have a dead kid than a kid with autism"? Since we're demanding proof, i'd like to see your proof of that statement.
I'm pretty sure I remember shinycow being banned for shitposting like this before.
Not a valid source. No real research done. No proof that the people are even really parents, no proof that anything anyone is stating is true.
You resorted to reddit as a source. A place where I could find a topic on literally anything under the sun.
Game point.
Daily Mail, Yahoo Answers, and a blog?
Are you for real?
All anecdotal evidence. Find me an actual research study. You know. Something that's been peer reviewed. Said study doesn't actually exist, but I bid you good luck.
Your sources are the equivilant of saying "one or two people hate chocolate ice cream, so everyone does".
There's no study because the majority of researchers are stubborn like you and won't bother.
There's no study because the majority of researchers are stubborn like you and won't bother.
Or maybe because it's bullshit.
There is no study because it's simply not true.
According to the five sources I've listed -- it is.

Let's not. That's off topic and I posted that 8 months ago. I realized my mistake and snipped it.

If this were a paper you'd have an F- for failure to have actual sources. Anecdotal evidence is the same as no evidence.
I just told you that most researchers are as stubborn as you. Seeing as you have no more arguments, you should probably stop posting.

I am in the debate club, I did my research and there's no studies as of yet. Don't "fix" what you don't know, bub.
Except researchers aren't stubborn? You have no idea how research is done, and you continue to make your foolishness more well known.
Seeing as how you have nothing but anecdotal evidence, I suggest you stop posting.
You just love using the word "anecdotal", don't you? That should be your title. And researchers that aren't stubborn won't be able to conduct research without money. And the people that supply the money are stubborn like you.
I am in the debate club, I did my research and there's no studies as of yet. Don't "fix" what you don't know, bub.
I've actual had a source for my argument, and you have brought nothing but a quack and random blokes on the internet.
Don't post unless you can actually provide an actually have a source, pal.

This is gold.
So there aren't any studies, and you're walking around assuming that everyone thinks the same way as you do? Because that's not how things work.
"debate club"? As in the water boy for them? Because you're a piss poor debater at best.
I gave you five of the best sources around, what more can you ask of me?

Don't worry friend, I will pay the researchers to conduct an official study for this. Unless the stubborn people in the government shut it down because they're scared.

WAKE UP SHEEPLE
Why would they not fund it if Autism is so critical and such a horrible plague on the people like you say it is?
I just don't understand anti-vaccination.
I don't understand vaccination. More often than not, the new strain that threatens people is made in a lab and only spreads because it's part of the vaccine.
I'm no biologist or scientist but it just doesn't make sense to me to be jabbing myself with needles full of an adapted illness. I haven't been vaccinated in years and never once got more than a common cold. Hell, my dad hasn't been vaccinated since before I was born and he's doing alright. That guy never gets sick.
Did you just say The Daily Mail and Yahoo Answers are your best sources?
Yeah, what of it?
Don't you think there's money to be made if they could prove that all autistic kid's parents hate them and wish they were dead? Because there's money to be made.
Why has a study not been done? Probably because that's an extremely subjective topic, and you wouldn't ever get any conclusive evidence. Since you don't know what anecdotal means, you'll keep posting stories as sources.
Didn't I just tell you why like, not even five minutes ago? And there you go with your word again. You should stop it's getting on my nerves.

You're the problem.
Yeah, what of it?

The Daily Mail is a tabloid. Tabloids thrive on bullshit. The other is Yahoo Answers, where anyone say whatever.

Maybe you should have real evidence if you want to make a point.
You're the problem.
Yes. I am the problem. I go out each and every day and tell people not to vaccinate. <- Sarcasm.
I do what I do and let others do what they do. I'm not saying vaccinations are bad. Just that I haven't been and I'm just fine.
If I drop dead some day, then feel free to come to my funeral and say allowed "I told you so". Until then, don't say I'm the problem when I've done nothing to influence anyone in anyway.
I just don't understand anti-vaccination.
Tabloids just exaggerate, not make things up. That's illegal//
