I believe it's only right to support this guy. Sure, not the best thing to do, but it was a joke to begin with. How the fuck did they come to the conclusion that he made CHILD PORN?! That is the thing that made me fucking confused to no end.
[img_thumb]http://i.cubeupload.com/UXXPC1.png[/img_thumb] Hell cunt fuck shit bitch cunt cunt fuck hell cunt fuck shit bitch fuck According to this judge, I have just broken the law.
Get running, they are coming for you Zeke.
Are you FUCKING kidding me? Peyton Manning did the exact same fucking thing on national television.
I am surprised he even got a trial. Don't they diss stupid cases?
So, if I walk around in my underpants with a photo of a young kid framed on the wall and upload a pohoto of the whoel scene on the internet, I'm going to jail? Bloody retarded.
So, if I walk around in my underpants with a photo of a young kid framed on the wall and upload a pohoto of the whoel scene on the internet, I'm going to jail? Bloody retarded.
You also risk a pedo status
This is fucking dumb. I really hope this goes to the Supreme Court and gets stricken down, with a hope of taking that dumb fucking judge's status.
what kind of retarded justice is this have people lost their minds?
why do internet illiterate judges get to hand out sentences based on it
Those people need to be curb stomped for this shit. That video was harmless but yet again, they waste their time with petty things like someone who edited a video instead of more serious problems.
That's the dumbest thing I've heard all year.
http://hypervocal.com/news/2011/update-youtube-musician-evan-emory-sentenced-to-60-days-in-jail/ So tell me, why haven't the creators of WKUK or Wonder Showzen been given a life sentence? :colbert:
On shows like the WKUK, they hire the kids and have the parents' consent because Hollywood parents will do anything to get their kid on TV
On shows like the WKUK, they hire the kids and have the parents' consent because Hollywood parents will do anything to get their kid on TV
Last bit of the article:
Emory, as President Obama said about the Cambridge Police, certainly “acted stupidly” for failing to get permission from the kids’ parents (even though, according to ReelSEO’s post, there’s an opt-OUT agreement for parents at the beginning of each school year and Emory technically had permission).
Such is life in the USA.
Get running, they are coming for you Zeke.
The Canadian judicial system doesn't hire retarded people, just the US one.
This is the stupidest thing to ever go to court. And even worse, because he is being punished.
why are tax dollars being spent on this
Protecting our children from things that don't affect them? I support this.
Fucking. Sue. The state. This seriously pisses me off. Way to offset the progress of all humanity you stupid fuck judge, i hope you fucking die. I really, really do.
The outrage here isn't judicial, it's the fact that we live in a world where sex is seen as evil incarnate. The moment children and sex come into contact everyone's screaming pedophile and demanding a blood sacrifice.
The stupidest thing here is he didn't try to fight the decision.
American moral standards have always been warped but I'm starting to think it's gonna break through the fucking fabric of space soon. Not to mention the fact that the case and subsequent sentence seem to be built purely on morals. That is what bothers me the most. What crime exactly, did this guy commit?
So, when are we going to start crucifying the production team of Wonder Showzen?
"unlawful posting of an Internet message with aggravating circumstances" What. Is this a REAL crime? Also "Emory can’t be within 500 feet of children under the age of 17." I don't understand this bit, he got charged with and was found guilty of something that seems along the lines of posting something bad on the internet, why should he punished in the same way a paedophile would be? Usually I am against the whole idea of suing people etc to solve problems but I do hope that he sues and / or attempts to get the judgement
He cant sue. He's pleaded no contest to the charges, probably out of fear that it could only be worse. You could claim some cruel/unusual punishment shit but who knows.
Time to send an angry email. Or a few thousands.
Emory in March pleaded no contest to the reduced charge of “unlawful posting of an Internet message with aggravating circumstances.” He had been charged with “manufacturing child pornography,” a charge that comes with a potential 20-year prison sentence.
If a judge in the U.S doesnt like you or what you've done then you are going to prison no matter what, even if what happened was technically legal. An A.I. 50 years from now would make a fine judge I bet. Honestly, any prison time at all needs to be reserved only for people who NEED to be away from society. That's the purpose of prison. Another purpose obviously is to pay their debt to society, but guess what, you can also do that through money, community service, or just do what we used to and ship 'em off to australia!
That's so 'tarted.
