THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE PUT AWAY FOR A LONG TIME.
I mean, just look at it. Hard proof that he's a murderer.

He will also be required to take prozac for attempted suicide.

Looks more like eleven cases of successful suicide.

But then they'll make up some law that will put you away for 20 years.
I think the whole "America, Land of the Free." Died in 2001 when bush had to start making all these security enhancements and everything.
I also believe that material objects don't really have a sentimental value anymore. I remember when I got my Gameboy, I was in love with that shit forever, I played it all the time. Now there's always a fucking new thing the next year that costs the same or more in most cases that you have to buy because companies drop support for the last generation.
is it possible to sue a judge?
because he just fucked up this guys life unlawfully.
we should start making our own videos that look exactly like the video he got jailed for, and just mass-upload them
america is turning into a fucking fascist nation.
i'm leaving the first chance I get.

He pleaded nolo contendere to the charges.
Usually I think there is some underlying reason for things. Like, usually I assume things are media hype. But this. This is so fucking retarded and backwards it hurts. Thought crimes are punishable now?
"Let's arrest comedians and throw them in jail while we sit around and let the majority of real criminals get away with whatever the fuck we want. I mean, face it, it's a lot easier to arrest a pothead or a wrong-place-wrong-time alcoholic than it is to catch a robber or a murderer. "
Gotta love today's justice system.
I hope he has an intelligent lawyer and appeals the fuck out of this and files a counter lawsuit.

Wow, this is so stupid... does this mean that every actor who has ever played the role of a murderer get tossed in jail? What about the guys who made those "unnecessary censorship" videos? Those videos show children who appear to be swearing... The case was based purely on morals an no action whatsoever. Making something appear one way doesn't mean it ever happened that way, and it's certainly not criminal. Again, actors playing the role of a murderer would never, ever be charged with actual murder. The prosecutor would most likely be laughed out of court.
When it comes to children there's a pretty huge double standard. Watching a video of a cop shooting a pedestrian for one reason or another (those ones that occasionally appear on YouTube and get a cop fired or charged with something) doesn't make me an accomplice to murder or the direct equivalent - "possession of violent and murderous material" or whatever you'd call the murder equivalent of child porn. I'm not saying I'm pro-pedo or that I am a pedo (I'm not), I'm just saying there's a pretty big and obvious double standard. I'm not saying that child porn isn't a bad thing, in fact it's terrible. But it's not like you should be prosecuting the guy at the very bottom of the chain. Spend that time finding the people ACTUALLY producing child porn and then charge them with all sorts of shit, just like you'd find a murderer instead of going after the guys who saw the guy kill someone on YouTube.
