Palestine is an entirely different matter.
One of the richest Indian is a Muslim, Azim Premji. Top movies actors are 3 Khans. I can cite more examples. Nothing is stopping people from progressing here if they gel well with the fabric of the society they are living in.

His fair trial is still going on after more than 2 years until recently the verdict made by high court about his death sentence was upheld by Apex court. And he may still continue to live in prison for 2-3 more years or granted clemency later by the President. This would not have been the case if he waged war against US.
