Financially it's not going well anywhere in the world but perhaps China and India. Why do people think the current economic crisis (which most nations are coming out of now, so you're pretty behind the times) only applies to America? If it effects America, it effects the whole fucking world.
How does a high casualty count prove anything? I'll tell you how; it doesn't. You picked a province of Afghanistan that is mostly controlled by US troops, so no wonder they have the highest casualty figure there. That argument is as void as if I were to say "hey, British military sucks cos they have a high casualty count in Helmand - the place where they have [I]way[/I] more troops than anyone else".

If its not going well anywhere, you can't say the US is superior, financially. I'm not thinking america is the only country that is affected by the crisis, but I know that no one in my environment has felt anything from this crisis.

I'm not saying my country hasn't been hurt by the crisis, it has, but it has felt it far less than the US, and no one in my direct environment has felt much of the crisis.
