I don't get it, why did this get all the way to the court? I don't know how the warranties are being handled in US, so I base my experience and flaky understanding of local european consumer laws. As long as as the product is under warranty and flaw is of an inherent character, I have a right to return it to the vendor and have it repaired free of charge. If it is found irreparable, I have a right for an adequate replacement or full refund. If the problem(s) persist(s), i.e it's RMAed more than three times, I have a right for the full refund.
