I'm sorry to say, but most of that information is for humor or is fraudulent. Please use sources that provide solid information before seriously trying to convince the masses that Shit Romney (I don't like him either, but he's the best we have at the moment) is a fraudulent and greedy fellow when he's not.
The only reason we have him is for surrogate purposes, and since his main strength is of the economic stature, he will surely aid the economy by passing the needed bills in time for us to proceed with fixing the economy for future terms to build upon (or completely destroy)
OR you could have Sadam Houssein Obama, the man who wishes to deprive you of most of your monthly earnings, create a facist dictatorship state for the U.S. aswell as to merge it with Europe and Asia, create a desensitizable global market system that provides fuck all to the workers and lower families of this world and country, allowing a select few to rise to ultimate power above all else.
Oh and with all his blaming of Bush (Another terrible president) for the economic recession (he's not fixing at all), he actually ended up prolonging and hardly affecting such recession with all the botched bail-outs and taxes he commenced. If you compare this to all other recorded United States recessions' handlings by various president, you'll see that Obama has clearly handled the job situation worse than any other existing president so far by far.

[SUB]Even FDR handled his better in 1937, that's actually pretty damned sad - FDR's is not on the chart, but it is faster dealt with, look it up.[/SUB]
He marketted weapons to foreign countries' domestic guerilla and insurgencies, including various cartels in South America (Obama and Eric Holder are both now Oliver North's equivilant)
He continually also demonizes the U.S. in front of foreign powers.
There, my disorganized and confusing post is over, I'd hope you atleast learned something from the jobs chart.
That charts axes aren't labeled
What the fuck is the X axis supposed to represent?

I was thinking months, but if you do the math, 2007 to 2009 is 36 months, but they don't reach to 36.
But if you assume 2008, then this maybe?

Of course this is almost arbitrary, as the legend at the top says "2007", but not when in 2007.
And of course presidencies don't really affect things like this that quickly.

Actually, the date is of where the chart starts, such as; the great depression, where the economic depression started at a 0% rise/loss of yearly or monthly employment growth.
Ours started from that common ground aswell sometime during the 2007 period.
I think that the creator took a common point in each recession shown and drew the chart from there, labelling the non-specific dates.

Yearly or monthly unemployment percentage increase/decreases, they are a viable variable simply because this statistic is directly based off of several different economic variables in of themselves.
Some notable being; inflation, income taxes, trade taxes, sales per business, influx and decrease of funds per company, difficulty of hiring based off of regualtions and monthly costs, etcetera.
It really depends on the reason they were unemployed/laid off. But the economy is not recovering so well so far, and I don't think Saddam is really going to fix it if he gets another chance to activate 'Police State Mode', which either he or an usurper of the presidential throne will most likely try to pull.
