The United States manages 1.7 trillion dollars (Approx.) of tax money every year. 600 billion dollars are spent on the Department of Defense. Congratulations, America, Bush wasted 50 years of the state's money.
Hello, Where am I complaining that they ran out?
America has a lot of money, but most of it gets pumped into wars (Pronounced as 'money-eating hole'), because behind wars there's an entire industry. It's not just The Very Big Corporation, it's the corporation that makes Kevlar and the one that makes Nomex, the ones that takes the two and makes vests, the one that makes the computers, the homing systems, the laser pointers for missile guidance, the equipment, the weapons, the ammo, the boats, the nuclear reactors for the aircraft carriers, the jet fighters, the railguns, the mass drivers, the parachutes for pilots, the satellites and drone recon planes, the bombs and the bombers. If anyone cut the DoD's budget, Obama would be shot by some sniper.
That's nothing compared to how much Obama wasted.
Haha, what else has Fox News told you lately?¨ Bush left the country upside down, fixing it takes time, and, especiallly money, but what Obama 'wasted' can't even compare to what that creationist coward wasted in his private war.
That's nothing compared to how much Obama wasted.
it wasn't wasted you idiot.. do you even understand basic economics? the last administration took a shit on the country and he's trying to fix it. stop watching fox news and maybe you'll actually get back to reality.
That's nothing compared to how much Obama wasted.
You do know that 80% of the stimulus has been repayed with interest, right?
You do know that 80% of the stimulus has been repayed with interest, right?
He doesn't, :foxnews: doesn't want him to know.
That's nothing compared to how much Obama wasted.
You're such an idiot.
Hmm. You know I might be inclined to agree, if it wasn't for Ford not taking the bail out money. Looking at them today they seem to be doing better than "Government Motors", who wound up getting rid of several brands and sold most of it's stock to the US government, and Chrysler-Fiat who wound up not getting as bad a rep from it. By the way, how many people had to fight to keep their GM dealerships during that bankruptcy? Also, what were the jobs that were created by this crud?

Kinda strange when you think about it, they invaded Iraq to get the oil, but the companies using fuel-efficient cars are at the top, while all the other ones died.
Also, what were the jobs that were created by this crud?
Debt collectors, mainly. Really, though, there will be a lot of jobs created by the high-speed railways that are being made by the stimulus bill.
who the the hell buys a gm
No. Just no.
Well then, the rest of the statement remains in any case. I lol'd at the graphs.
Debt collectors, mainly. Really, though, there will be a lot of jobs created by the high-speed railways that are being made by the stimulus bill.
So Government jobs. When does construction start on that Railway?
It's all coming to a climax, a perfect storm of human misery. If we raise taxes, we'll sink deeper into recession. If we cut spending, we'll be cutting jobs at a time where every job is precious. No jobs= no tax revenue= more cuts in spending= vicious circle. With less teachers it'll mean stuff like 40 kids crammed into one room per teacher. That or shutting down schools entirely. Doctors and other health professionals not getting paid? Then it'll be hospitals turning away patients. Good luck finding an emergency room if you're in a car accident. Yes, next year will be interesting indeed.
Doctors and other health professionals not getting paid? Then it'll be hospitals turning away patients. Good luck finding an emergency room if you're in a car accident.
You do understand that, by law, they can not turn you away in an emergency? They are literally required by law to treat you in an emergency. If you cannot pay, then it is paid for with public money.
3 words. Where's the Money?
I think I found it. It's jammed up your ass, along with your head.
Yes, lets make the people who have to keep the country going in some years or so suffer instead of cutting down on the war on terror. I think ONE day that we don't waste our money on the war is enough for some schools to get by for a long while.

Or they might give them IOUs haha. If people don't get paid, they don't work. Who is going to be treating patients in the emergency room of a bankrupt hospital?
