Rick Perry has 'transformation' of his abortion views

Your comparison is like saying "Oh cats are better than dogs because if a cat were fighting a mouse it would win, whereas if a dog were fighting a lion it would lose"
I just wanted to throw my voice in on this. From what I can tell, Pro-choice does not give choice to the child.

Just plain unnatrual
You know, This just proves how crazy Rick Perry is, "I saw a movie, and now I'm pro life" It's like a toddler, they see their favorite character on TV do something, And they copy it, I wonder what would happen if he saw a movie about the crusades?
Or if he saw Brokeback Mountain
Or the Human Centipede 2 :pwn:

I'm not making a comparison. I am stating why killing sperm is not considered murder over killing a fertilized egg. A sperm will not if left alone form a baby, that is why we don't punish people for having a wet dream. Should I talk slower?
What a brilliant analogy!
*leaves a sperm cell alone for 9 months, nothing happens.*
*leaves a fertilized egg alone for 9 months, a living, breathing baby is formed*
oh... right, your logic is retarded.
so what are your views on abortion
I'd hate to attack someone who was a victim of a misunderstanding of sarcasm, so please elucidate

I'm a victim of misunderstanding sarcasm? I'm sorry what? He used sarcasm to make the point that a fertilized egg can be compared to sperm because they both aren't sentient. I call bullshit because a fertilized egg will eventually form into a baby whereas sperm will not.
Life takes in energy and releases it for processes such as movement. Very few nonlving things do this except for stars and the like at the cosmic level.
Cars do that, are they alive?

then that's cool, guess you are a retard and open for attack

I suppose destroying an acorn should carry the same civic penalty as chainsawing down an oak tree, then

Go read your post. You compared the results of leaving a sperm alone to the results of leaving a fertilized egg alone. Maybe you should learn to think before speaking.

Wow, just wow. I think we just hit a new low for the human race.

sigh

First of all, nice ad hominem. You're great at debate, just insult the other person!
Secondly, whether or not it turns into a developed human is irrelevant. It only turns into a full human because it has the full set of chromosomes; an unfertilized cell has 23 and and sperm cell has 23. Neither can become a human because a human needs 46 chromosomes.
Now that we look at it scientifically, how is one more "miraculously live" than the other?

when not using a strawmen argument, somerandomguy16 brilliant devolves into ad hominen attacks - can you reconsider breathing for me please

because one will become a baby in 9 months and the other won't? you know a living human being?

Do you not see your own hypocrisy?
"You're a fucking IDIOT and you use AD HOMINEM"

But is it a living human being THEN?
because one will become a baby in 9 months and the other won't? you know a living human being?
okay to expand my previous post, you're taking it far too specifically
just because something WILL BECOME something else, doesn't mean it IS that second thing
Do you not see your own hypocrisy?
"You're a fucking IDIOT and you use AD HOMINEM"
ironically you're using ad hominen right now instead of defending your point i so effortlessly destroyed - are you trying to change the subject because you know you're wrong?
when not using a strawmen argument, somerandomguy16 brilliant devolves into ad hominen attacks - can you reconsider breathing for me please
Wow, now you criticize me for the ad hominem attacks? Oh the irony
The argument is NEVER about whether or not it's okay to kill a human being. Almost everyone will say that's wrong. The argument is about when a fertilized egg technically becomes a human being.

because one will become a baby in 9 months and the other won't? you know a living human being?
But a lone sperm cell has the potential to give rise to a human, too.
Wow, now you criticize me for the ad hominem attacks? Oh the irony
You just did it again aswell.
[editline]1st January 2012[/editline]
Oh no, now I did it too! Will it ever end?
You just did it again aswell.

Probably not. That's the problem with ad hominem
Probably not. That's the problem with ad hominem
Now we're all ad hominem!
OH NOOOOOOO!
Transformers
faggots in disguise
That was a really lame joke but... oddly quite well placed.
just because something WILL BECOME something else, doesn't mean it IS that second thing
come on, this is the only argument you need to consider
are you a bad enough dude to tackle it?

The terrible debater left the thread.
