It only turns into a full human because it has the full set of chromosomes; an unfertilized cell has 23 and and sperm cell has 23. Neither can become a human because a human needs 46 chromosomes. The argument is NEVER about whether or not it's okay to kill a human being. Almost everyone will say that's wrong. The argument is about when a fertilized egg technically becomes a human being.
