We've been having a lot of really erratic and strange behavour in the UK lately (just check out liveleak.com), I've even personally seen stuff this last few weeks. It's due to 2 things, 1: the cuts to the mental health system and now it's nearly impossible to get sectioned and 2: single people who are struggling being made homeless and loosing everything and left in thousands of pounds worth of debt with no way out.
It makes for quite interesting times when I'm at my local and 'people watching' but it's also very sad that in 2013 with all this technology and knowledge that society still forces people into financial, mental ruin and forces people to be homeless.
