Really? I never got the impression that Burger King was doing that well. I always see Tim Hortons full of people, and I never hear of people going to Burger King for lunch. The one time I did enter one, it was for some fries on the road and no one was in there
IIRC there are more Tims in Canada then there are McDonalds.
Tim Hortins is a great place. Back when I was working at this small burger place I'd pick up a box of timbits for my co-workers every day, literally the best way to get on every one's good side.
Thanks Tim Hortins.

My tiny ass town has two Timmies and only 1 McDonalds (we used to have one more in the Wal-Mart but it closed because it was losing more then it was making.)

Tim Hortons is spelled with an O, not an I.
And you call yourself Canadian...

Tim Hort'ns.
Don't you dare touch my Tim Horton's.
I grew up in Western New York, Tim Horton's was my fucking childhood.
I don't know why everyone says BK is best over Wendys. I think it depends on whos working and where at? I have BK at my location. Food is always in terrible quality and is in like this food court area where Mcdonalds and all of those other fast food chains are located at
Yet when I go to wendys. I normally go there on my break. Its like right next door connected to this gas station right off the high way. I go there around 3ish mostly on the weekdays and the wait is normally 5-6 minutes if I get anything chicken related but its so god damn hot and fresh. Maybe its because everyone that works there is like 20+ and gives a shit about there job. I dunno guess its the location!
Also I agree with Sonic. Fodds fucking terrible OP ANd small as shit. But happy hour on there drinks and milk shakes and there amazing
I've never had a BK patty that wasn't burned so it'll go well with Tim's coffee.
tim horton's coffee is the only good coffee in the world, so I hope BK doesn't ruin it
please bring tim's down here to my area, i really want a fast food place that has more than just burgers or fucking chicken.
How dare you.
They switched suppliers years ago. Their coffee might as well be pond water. McDonalds is better and of course Starbucks.
McDonalds is shit and you should feel bad.
Wendy's Master Race reporting in.
Tacobell is cheaper and better than Wendy's. Wendy's is only a little bit healthier.
I sure hope they don't get picked up by Burger King. I've had three whoppers in three different places, and all three times I started having severe diarrhea for a couple days.

Their sandwiches are really fucking good.
i went to canada/america for a holiday recently and got to try both dunkin donuts and tim hortons
both were okay in the donut department, but dd's drinks and non-donut things were better
I don't think they are going to try and change Tim hortons. They may bring Hortons products (like coffee) into BK, but I think it's mostly about saving 20% on corporate taxes....
Get the fuck away from my Timmies.
BK is disgusting
only reason to eat at burger king is for chicken fries.
also tim hortons doesn't exist where i live, what do they do differently??
You know Dunkin' Doughnuts? It's the Canadian version of that, except also better. There are more Tim Hortons in Canada than any other fast food joint. There's about 7 of them on my university campus alone.
I can confirm this.
In the east, Tim Hortons has a density rivaling Starbucks in Seattle. Not even joking. Out there, if you're anywhere with commercial businesses, there is probably a Timmy's within 500m of you. And if not, there's still a 25% chance unless you're in the woods, up a mountain, or on water. [sp]Then it becomes 15%. Let's not kid ourselves, we have a problem.[/sp]
In Canada, a double-double is near-universally recognized as "black coffee, two sugar, two cream" and it originates from Tim Hortons. It's more or less official Canadian slang at this point. This also gets a bit confusing for us when we hear talk about In-n-Out Burger.
I don't know anyone around here that calls doughnut holes by their proper name unless there's a situational need to specifically separate other doughnut holes from the exact ones that come in a Tim Hortons Timbits box. I could probably find people who don't actually know they're called doughnut holes.
Timmy's is love. Timmy's is life.
[sp]You got that right.[/sp]
[sp]You betcha.[/sp]
[sp]Tell me about it.[/sp]
[sp]Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah.[/sp]

But Taco Bell tastes like dump. I ate one of their tacos and it had some of the blandest meat I've ever tasted.

Doesn't Taco Bell in America also have Mountain Dew slushies? because we don't have them where I live (Ontario).

Taco bell has a special flavor of mountain dew called baja blast
it was designed to taste amazing with taco bell foods (not joking, thats literally what it is)
this summer was the first time ever that Baja blast ever got sold on store shelves
