and plus, 2% of large sums of money like that can be decent amounts of money. 2% of 165.16 is about 3 dollars. It's just simpler to have these things taken care of the way they were. I imagine this shit happens all the time, but this was one of the rare occasions someone went to the media about it before it was fixed.

It was blown out of proportion is all. It's not that big of a deal and crap like this happens all the damn time.

I really don't know.

I'm against further taxation and regulations and shit, but I don't know if it would be terrible.

Something has to be done, the current system is pretty flawed. Both systems have flaws though. It's all about trade offs.

All I know is that it's being demonized way too much. I mean, I'm not to keen on having the government take over health care, but it's not the fucking communist seed that everyone is raging about.

Considering you skipped over what I said entirely, I'll just make the point. If you strip away all the demonisation, all the human elements, it's ridiculous bureaucracy. Since they're losing money by telling her to make up for a cent on her bill.
