Seems fucking cool, too bad I still won't have the money to buy it, just like 5 years ago.
$149.00 for the original arcade version?
Shit that's cheap. I might actually buy one of these now.
What a waste of money. I'll just buy Kinect and enjoy it on my normal Xbox 360 Elite.
It seems the Kinect has a proprietary port. idunno if doesn't also have usb functionality but if it doesn't I'm gonna fucking flip.
I wish the Xbox would go back to being an impenetrable, reliable brick of a console.

Had mine for 4 years without a single problem. Not the case with my 360 :frown:
They should come out with an xbox 360 "juggernaut" :v:
They made the 360 too small and too portable,a t the sacrifice of the technology and reliability. Back in the day, the xbox was a monster of a system. the next one should be huge, powerful, and cheap. The choice you had between the PS2 and Xbox was that the PS2 was small, portable, and quiet, and the xbox was big, loud, ugly, and blew the PS2's graphics out of the water. I want that again.
I'm buying it, for 4 reasons:
1. I have an original 2005 model XBOX, never had a single major problem with it though, as i take care of my shit.
2. If i get this one, i can give my brother the old one for college and we can still play together
3. i got a boat load of cash sitting around.
4. i really need a new one because my old xbox is starting to suffer from it's old age.
ugh why is it glossy. go matte or go home.

Whatever breaks inside those things is obviously very small, and I doubt keeping it dust free or what have you would make much of a difference.

Kinect is even more of a waste of money.
Still milking the 360 I see.
Yeah bock... I went to the field the other night ,and one 360 got lifted into this giant spaceship ,and a note was on the ground saying, "Stick to the PC"

Good point, I retract my previous statement.

hmm, quite.

But yeah, im buying it.
I would buy it... but im spending all my old money on an old arcade so i can jtag it
[editline]12:38AM[/editline]
also, on a side note... i think it would sell more if the natal or watever the fuck its called was built into the new console
What's so slim about it? Sure it looks shiny, but I'd rather stick with my Elite. What Sony did is they took a monster of a console and shrunk it way down. I'm not seeing this here, rather it looks like I'm viewing a Xbox wearing a corset.
Well it fit inside the case of an old 360 in the E3 presentation.
So it is smaller, but not by a whole lot.
Im still using the my First xbox from 2005.
Reasons why i will most likely get this.
HDMI Port
Built In WiFi
Quiet
250GB
Sexual Style
All the things my full white xbox is missing now.

This, but it's gonna take fucking weeks for me to get the money. I guess i'll just have to forget about getting New Vegas when it comes out...
Damn I only recently bought an Xbox. The prices for the others will probably go down. :frown:
Well, there's nothing I particularly need on the new one. One thing I don't like is the glossy finish, same as my PS3 and it just loves finger marks.

I know hopefully i will be getting some money through soon. I will most likely put my old xbox downstairs. I was actually thinking of upgrading a few months back to the Elite, but now that this has arrived. Also once this is out they have said the elite will drop in price.
•Touch sensitive on/off and eject buttons (like the PS3)
Does anyone else dislike touch buttons I like feedback when I press something also it looks kinda ugly

Yea this is something i dont like why they go for the 'Sleek' style.
Why did they make it glossy? It looks so out of place, I love matte paint.

I fucking hate touch buttons.

Glossy sells.
Or 250gb hard drive, noise reduction, reduced size, and built in wifi which would cost you on the previous Xbox around $120.
so why pay $399 for a while new xbox when you can get these features for $120.
what a good time for my xbox to break
what a good time for my xbox to break
Microsofts ultimate plan.
considering that my original Arcade broke.....
Yeah I'll probably buy it.
but yeah it just seems like a way for Microsoft to make money off kids who like shiny crap. That's exactly how Alienware computers are.
Wow it kinda looks like an alienware. And I kinda want one.
