It can be widened (up to a certain point) and allowed to accommodate wider objects and it does change in length depending on stimulation, pregnancy and a variety of other factors, but the total length is pretty much predetermined, and even if it was not, you would have to have a large object forcibly inserted pretty much 24/7 for the vagina to lengthen, it is a very slow process.

Yeah, even then, when I measure my super tiny wrists around, that's 6" of girth. I imagine that most people have bigger wrists than me, and over 6"-6.5" girth is really pushing it with girth as far as compatibility goes.
