Guys, just book a seat in the front row (for leg room) or the back row (for reclining room) ok?
Yeah but the fucking problem there is that everyone needs extra leg space, it's not just tall folk that need them, I'm about 5'7 and I need extra leg space because I enjoy having kneecaps, as do most people surprisingly enough.
I honestly dont see the problem here. Cheap seats are cheaper then expensive seats for a reason. They both go to the same destination/ so thats not it. What could the difference be? Ah, yes- expensive seats come with luxuries such as more legroom... If we regulated legroom more then likely expensive seats would still have more legroom then cheaper seats (but the seats overall would be more expensive due to the regulation) Not defending airlines, or corporations in general. But its important to remember how difficult it is for the airline industry to stay afloat. Demand fluctuations, combined with fuel increases- its really killing the business overall. If your ticked now over legroom- just wait till they start adding a surcharge based on your weight.
For fuck sake, having working kneecaps isn't a fucking luxury, I dunno about you man but actually being able to move my legs to stop a DVT is pretty important to me when I'm on a fucking plane.
My dad is a pilot and he disagrees. Although, we do get business class seats when we fly with his airline. The other 12 hours from Australia to Japan SUCK, with me being 6'2" with long legs. Usually I just jut my legs into the aisle, or if I'm at the window, diagonally across towards the aisle.
