I wish saggy pants would be banned here. I see tons of guys (some of them even have belts) with their ass hanging out of their jeans daily. None of the girls I know think its cute and I think its gay.
In prison the lower your pants the more available you are.
Maybe this is some secret gay rights movement disguised as a fashion style...
hahaha what
The emos at my school sag their pants and wear belts. :frog:
Annoying.

That prison thing is a myth, and why are you talking like being gay is bad?
I live in Arkansas but haven't heard a single word about this until now.

Most schools have this in their dress code anyway. I don't think this is legislation is going to make much of a splash.
Who even wears saggy pants anymore, if not just some plain comfortably saggy pants, jeans or so

freedom from dumbshit legislation
Good, low-riding is retarded and unfashionable.
you know i think the sagging thing is fucking retarded but making it illegal is just plain wrong
While, I am for this. Isn't it wrong to have your children walk outside of your house dressed like they are going to be prostituting themselves? I saw a girl no more than 10 years old that was wearing shorts that were equivlent to boxers.
Its a decency thing. You can't just have your kids walking around like whores and sluts. If thats how they express themselves, as whores. Then let it be... fuck you media.
It won't be seen as dressing like sluts or whores if more people do it (:
noo, not the cleavage

I love legs and every single last day of school all the sluts wear short shorts because administration doesn't give a fuck at that point. awesome
banning clothing styles. Neat.
What's next? Outlawing certain religions?

if only.
skinny jeans are actually super-comfortable if you get a good pair
:aaa: have you ever worked in construction with tight jeans?
:suicide:
At least you guys don't have a uniform, my Sixth Form in England has a full business suit dress code :v:.
This is retarded, just let people wear what they want. Sure ultra-saggy pants might look retarded, but it doesn't affect very much.

its pretty rude to walk around with your underwear hanging out..
its pretty rude to walk around with your underwear hanging out..
get over it
also, i hardly ever see the underwear of anyone who is sagging.
why should i get over it, just because you haven't seen someones underwear doesn't mean that its not rude when it is showing
why should i get over it, just because you haven't seen someones underwear doesn't mean that its not rude when it is showing
the government doesn't need to be legislating what you find rude
Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe signed a bill on Wednesday that bans students from wearing clothing that exposes "underwear, buttocks or the breast of a female."
so really thread title is innacurate, since you can sag without undies showing
Oh and they just did.
why should i get over it
because it's a really pathetic thing to get riled up about
rewind to the 1800s and people like you are complaining about women showing their bare ankles or arms

Those get me on
Facepunch is against people wearing what they want, what assholes.
I would never wear saggy pants though.
student competition over the manner in which clothing is worn could lead to violence and injuries during school hours
Because when I see somebody wearing they pants lower than me I freak out and attack them.
Oh yeah and this is a bad bill, kids can't wear what they like and you guys support it because you're angsty and biased to the point of ignoring personal freedoms as long as it hurts people you dislike
How is emulating a prison style to appear tougher, gay?
[editline]6th April 2011[/editline]
That prison thing is a myth, and why are you talking like being gay is bad?
It's not a myth. Well, for it to appear lower as some sort of worth isn't true, but the style of saggy pants comes from prisoners losing weight during their sentence and not having belts to hold up their pants.

sagging has nothing to do with a "prison style"
