;29643577']Yeah, but they would take a far harder stance than the relatively wimpy USA and likely force Pakistan back into line.
They have in the past, or so my father has said. He and my mother grew up in India, and I was born there.

Pakistan would flee in fear before the indian population size.

Just a picture of a packed street in India. Look it up and see what I mean.

I've walked those streets. You're looking at Bombay. you could be out there for two hours and your clothes would be blackened when you got back home from all the smog.

Hard to imagine. Seen lots of pictures but never been there before.
Overpopulation is not a very good thing unless your country is VERY large.
My point is proven when you think that all of the Indian population could line up on the border of Pakistan screaming and the pakistani army would flee in terror.

look at 1981-2005. That is what I call population growth.

Hah, I think most armies would. The trouble is that the Indian population is still growing. One of two things will happen - India will finally elect a more authoritarian government like China because of the overpopulation and a new regime will begin. Or the dam will burst, and India will attack another country for land or resources. Neither of those thoughts do I relish.

Depends on what country they attack. I've got no problem removing authoritarian regimes in smaller countries that couldn't start a large war against them. India is a relatively noble country and I wouldn't mind them having more power in the world. The united states is the worlds most noble super power though, and should continue to lead the world persuing freedom.

That they're the world's most noble super power is subjective :) Certainly they are the closest superpower in paradigm to Canada (which isn't a superpower), and I'm not sorry for that.

So that explains the canadian flag avatar. Arguably it is ideals that make you noble: But actions, and the USA has forever lead the world in directly persuing justice and freedom.

Morality is subjective. Let's say that they're the most democratic superpower. Because to be completely honest, many of the actions of the US when it comes to foreign policy and military action over the last hundred years haven't been particularly noble - at least no more so than any other country, and often less. Global politics are a vicious business.

Won WWI and WWII
fought against authoritarian communist regimes
Removed the taliban and hussien from power
Just because there not socialists like in europe doesn't make us less moral. In what other country can you own the amount of guns that you can in the USA. none.
Why is this post dumb?

Poor argument. The USA has ruined many countries economically, and many that it could not touch economically it has ruined through wars.
Intentionally.
I thought when it crashed then blew it up...I am almost certain that they blew it up; like in black hawk down.
We should just threaten to withhold aid. We give them what, like 2 Billion dollars in aid. If after all that they're still pompous enough to sell it to china... let them. I don't know how much china will give them for it but I doubt it will match what we give them.
The only problem I see emerging from this is that the people who get the money from the sale to china are not the same people receiving aid, so they might not care and go through with it anyway :/
HA! I bet the gov is pissed now that this got leaked to the world.

We can assume that they had to use it to sneak past any radar coverage the Pakistanis may have had up - it was very near to a military base, after all. But I'm sure that the US government prepared for the eventuality of exposure.
Anyone have any tech specs on the radar Pakistan actually uses?

i'm sure they have more than one

From reading about it, I get the impression that helicopter 'stealth' is more about silent approach. It's getting the assault team over the target area before the people there can hear a helicopter coming.
These helicopters fly low to begin with, so I don't think hiding from radar is the big issue. I bet the most valuable pieces of intelligence from that tail section are the rotor blades.
I wonder what other tech is being hidden.

I just realized this wasn't the main body of the chopper :psyduck:

Grow up a bit and learn a bit more about your government and its motives.

Yeah, it's pretty necessary to evade the radars, especially when your enemy uses simple rocket launchers and ams them with his eye.

Pakistan radars pick up strike force, Pakistan tells Osama and friends that there's shit that appears to be heading their way, Osama and friends get the hell out of dodge, Navy Seals arrive to an empty house, Osama and friends pay off Pakistan, Pakistan denies involvement.
Actually, why the fuck would Pakistan warn Osama. Because their skin color is the same? :v:
