AHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA You're kidding right? You're serious? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAA Marvel has the most fucked up continuity EVER. Look up "Clone Saga" and "Spiderman One more Day". Hell just try to get Wolverine's origin straight and his relationship to sabertooth.
No, one more day never happened. EVER. :argh: Clone Saga was admittedly a bit confusing, but it wrapped up kinda, apart from the Jackal.
Marvel has the most fucked up continuity EVER. I mean, I don't follow comics all that closely, but you're comparing the one with the spiderdude who sold his baby to the devil to save grandma or something against the one where Evil Superlad beat the shit out of reality just to explain why nobody could explain anything and Batman died and had to fight a bunch of pirates so he could get his jesus on. Frog Batman looks boss as hell, though.
Well from what I remember maybe this will be a spoiler [sp]Batman in the hence looked like he died from darkseid was it?, but instead he got transported to the past? Then when he came back , he setted up this franchise to help everyone around the world[/sp] [editline]6th January 2011[/editline] [sp] and those remains or whatever? are basically clones made by darkseid[/sp]
Yes, he even used his civilian persona, Bruce Wayne, to publicly announce that he has been secretly funding Batman over the years.
Seriously you guys should read the comic series its awesome!
I'm fucking digging this new Batman. He's just got that really interesting look which suprises me... I wonder what his backstory will be though! This might get interesting because it'll be away from the standard American esque of, "WAHHH PARENTS DIED! WAHH KILL ENEMIES! WAHHH PATRIOTICNESS."
Is this issue out yet? If so, what's it's name, looks interesting.
Guys, the arc where Spiderman sold his marriage and love for MJ to the devil Never. Happened. :crying:
This actually sounds like an interesting idea.
This actually sounds like an interesting idea.
one of the best batman ideas :D
Why would this anger anyone? it's just a comic.
Why would this anger anyone? it's just a comic.
Right Wingers
Why would this anger anyone? it's just a comic.
FP was pretty pissed about that Latina Spidergirl a while back.
FP was pretty pissed about that Latina Spidergirl a while back.
When. What. Link to thread?
FP was pretty pissed about that Latina Spidergirl a while back.
While I don't think FP should have been mad about it, I can kind of see why they were. Didn't Marvel simply rewrite Spidergirl as a Latina? If Marvel made a new character instead of completely remaking an old one (like what DC is doing with this new Batman), FP probably would've been okay with it. Besides, this guy has an awesome costume.
Actually most of FP was just pissed because they saw it as just 'Female Spiderman' and female anything pisses off Facepunch.

Plus who cares about Spidergirl?
Pretty cool-looking Batman, to be honest.

The batman thing is kinda stupid but makes sense in context... sorta. It's really not as bad as Mephisto wanting spider man's marriage to change time or Peter parker as a spider giving birth to himself to get organic web shooters (and no these don't make sense in context). [editline]6th January 2011[/editline]
Sort of, except Marvel "reboots" minor characters like that like once every few months. Plus who cares about Spidergirl?
I did... DAMN YOU ONE MORE DAY FOR MAKING HER NON-CANNON!
It's really not as bad as Mephisto wanting spider man's marriage to change time or Peter parker as a spider giving birth to himself to get organic web shooters (and no these don't make sense in context).
Neither does Lex Luthor's stepheaded redchild getting his gigantified finger (he's made of Antimatter, but doesn't randomly explode from being in contact with air and photons constantly whaaaaat) blown up by the ghost of christmas past while 50 wonder women are flying around and Superman Oldguy is throwing a sedan the size of an APC at Superman Suave. I'm just saying, to the casual reader, both are fucked to a point where nothing can be explained.
This comic explains my views better than I could ever articulate: [img_thumb]http://img715.imageshack.us/img715/4487/20101231guestsomethingp.png[/img_thumb]
:words: Valid argument though.
That batman looks bad ass
He looks like a hairy bydlo.
:words: Valid argument though.
The guy who made that is the sort of person who ought to stop drawing webcomics and just start a blog.
I like the old one better.
Political correct batman.

Then he would have gotten caught and after going to jail he starts to shun the darker side of Paris and clean up, make thing better for the parents and such. [editline]7th January 2011[/editline]
Political correct batman.
-Reply containing that long insightful comic-
Political correct batman.
So it's not "politically correct" when they're portrayed as violent evil terrorists?
Political correct batman.
If you put a minority villain in a comic or movie, nobody cares. If you put a minority hero in a comic or movie, it's "politically correct." Anyone ever wonder if sometimes "politically correct" is a derogatory word for "not racist"
He looks like spiderbatman.
e:f,b [editline]7th January 2011[/editline] e:f,b again
