Liberals and labour here are fuckheads , might as well not vote they both want the same bill passed.
They should visit their "Offended?" page.
ed can be mildly funny in the articles that don't have a stupid meme every other word (there are pages that don't, don't be all bitchy about it)
the racist ones are dumb and uninteresting, but their ones on organizations, websites, and individuals can actually be pretty good.
Sounds like the Human Rights Commission has never heard of freedom of speech.

Umm, what?
I'm pretty sure that without sites such as Encyclopedia Dramatica to take a stand and remind us of the free speech of the internet we wouldn't have it at all.
This.
sites like encyclopediadramatica are like the pivotal shit where it tells the government that you can't fuck with free speech, no matter how offensive it is.
No one in australia gives two shits about anything ever. Except for the people in charge of australia, they give a shit about EVERYTHING
Seriously australian politicians are the fucking worst
Encyclopedia Dramatica is believed to be one of the websites that will be banned in Australia under upcoming internet filtering legislation.
But did they get...Uncyclopedia?

I think I like Encyclopedia Dramatica a lot better though.
OK what? So Encyclopedia Dramatica wrote an "offensive" article about Aboriginals?
They wrote a shit-storm article about Iceland there, and I found it quite amusing!
Australians complain about everything..
Shit, Australia. You crazy.
me ruv you rong time
I never thought aborigines would really even get that much attention to have an article about them written on ED. I mean we got tons of stuff on there making fun of blacks, whites, and sub-cultures of anime fans, goths and anything else not perfect. I still don't see why ED hasn't gotten a shit storm for its other articles.

Because Australia has a psychotic government that wants to kill everyone who plays video games or is racist
It definitely won't fly in court. Encyclopedia Dramatica is clearly parodic, and is definitely covered by the 1st amendment.
Son of a bitch...
[editline]08:02PM[/editline]
Really?...

Australia isn't in America. It's another country.
In this case every black person, Jewish person, and just about every other person who isn't White, Atheist, or American can sue Encyclopedia Dramatica.
But did they get...Uncyclopedia?
That would be a good thing.
Because Australia has a psychotic government that wants to kill everyone who plays video games or is racist
other than the video games you'd probably like that wouldn't you
I remember when ED, among other sites, kept getting demands to take down pictures of Nikki Catsouras (A teen who totaled her car and died, somehow pictures of her mangled body got leaked from the Police Department). From what I see (article and pictures are still there), it didn't get anywhere and they couldn't take legal action.
Th89, there is no reason to ban someone when they have a point.
When it comes to racism, TH89 is the pinnacle of political correctness gone wrong. Ban for anything that makes any minority sound bad even in the slightest of ways.
Lol at the Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission. Made up of the biggest tosspots in Australia.
Good luck to them. The SA A-G just resigned over the same reason why a case like this will not succeed.

That's correct.

You haven't read the articles on white people, atheists, and America?
I live in Canada and i never understood why they have so many benefits and shit? It's not like the land was taken directly from them.
If they're getting so much stuff from the government, then every child that is born in a poor family or all new immigrants should get the same benefits...
[editline]08:37PM[/editline]
In my book, that's also called racism. Aboriginals get so much stuff because of their race.
[editline]08:43PM[/editline]
I mean seriously, look at this shit:
- tax exemptions
- wide range of health benefits, dental and eye care
- money for first nation members who have functional limitations due to age, health problems or a disability, in maintaining their independence and living in a safe and healthy environment.
-funding to First Nation communities to help their eligible members meet basic needs, such as food, clothing and shelter.
-funding to First Nation councils and members so that they can repair on-reserve housing that does not meet minimum federal health and safety standards, or make homes accessible to persons with disabilities.
-insurance on loans granted by approved lenders for the purchase, construction, renovation or refinancing of single-family homes or multiple rental housing on reserves.
-financial assistance to First Nation and Inuit students who are pursuing post-secondary education
-access for First Nations students to elementary or secondary schools, or services.
-bursaries to Métis and non-status Indians who wish to attend law school.
- Food mail, This program subsidizes the cost of shipping nutritious, perishable food by air to isolated communities.
[editline]08:44PM[/editline]
I don't see the average poor canadian family getting the same treatment.
oh Australia...
You haven't read the articles on white people, atheists, and America?
There are actually MORE of these than what he said.
Also, encyclopedia of trolling had an offensive article? shocking! :downs:

Yes, it's racism. Much like how affirmative action in the states is racism.
The only difference is that it's state-sponsored.
But I don't care because I have a native friend who lets me use their treaty number to buy shit for cheap
And if I go hunting with him I can shoot whatever I want as many times as I want
