please dip down to florida [editline]15th July 2014[/editline] please
I like how they try to make it look like it's gonna be below zero. Sensationalist for sure.
60F here in Illinois, I wish it was like this all summer long.
after being 80-95 the past few weeks, 60 feels icy as all hell
Considering the last 2 years my town has been on fire this is very much needed. I went for a walk a while ago because of how nice it is its amazing. Its acutally rained doube it has last year already by this time so its really refreshing.
I don't believe this shit for one second. Last time it was reported there would be a "huge cold snap across the entire country" a few states got a bit colder than normal and nothing else changed. I seriously doubt that Florida will drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, let alone down to 0
....do you honestly think you're smarter than the people who do this study and analysis? Listen to yourself.
I like how they try to make it look like it's gonna be below zero. Sensationalist for sure.
It's not sensationalist. Anomaly maps are common and useful for this kind of thing. It's not their fault people dont bother to read commonly used charts/graphs.
Bring it on, come to Chicago you polar bitch
Bring it on, come to Chicago you polar bitch
it's already 20 degrees colder than it was yesterday where have you been
....do you honestly think you're smarter than the people who do this study and analysis? Listen to yourself.
he didn't even read enough to find out that the chart maps deviation from the average temps
Where is summer :(
What's the forecast for Europe?
This is true in Indiana, past few days have been in the 80's but today is sitting around 65 with a cool breeze.
it's already 20 degrees colder than it was yesterday where have you been
Well, my house stays relatively the same temp. I don't mind the change in weather though
+10C in the Canadian arctic and +20C in Siberia, less of this plz. Also, no wonder there is still opposition to climate change. People can't even read four English words.
what province ?
Manitoba
Good. We need it.
This is true in Indiana, past few days have been in the 80's but today is sitting around 65 with a cool breeze.
The forecast for this week is absolutely spectacular in Indiana. It's wonderful, because right about now is usually when all outdoor activity for me gets suspended until September.
I'm glad its cooled down, 100+ degree days are shit, I want summer to be over already.
I'm glad its cooled down, 100+ degree days are shit, I want summer to be over already.
Amen. Being cold sucks, but I absolutely cannot stand 100 degree days with 100% Midwest corn-induced humidity. You can put on a coat in the winter, but the only way to deal with heat is hiding indoors.
This is awesome 75 for a high here in Kansas today, this NEVER happens in July. Time to hit the frisbee golf course hard.
What's the forecast for Europe?
You're gonna warm up.
Oh joy.
Man I wish it'd get cool or at least dry in Vancouver, it's been ~28 C / 82 F with a humidity of like 50% for the last week or two
if true, good, it's been way too fucking hot lately [editline]banana[/editline] In Illinois. Checked and it's like 65F right now so clearly true. Feels so nice.
hell yeah, went upstairs and all the windows were open, and I was only wearing sweatpants and I froze
we had a tornado warning, in the middle of a bright sunny day yesterday [editline]15th July 2014[/editline] i doubt it'll be that bad
I don't believe this shit for one second. I seriously doubt that Florida will drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit, let alone down to 0
I doubt Florida is going to get touched. It's been raining all day and it's still 80F. And depending on where you are in Florida, the water is anywhere from 83F to over 90F. So if it gets too cold, go swimming.
It's 18 degrees below average right now here in Indiana, it's beautiful out.
Manitoba
Haha I know your pain then, our winters kill I guess that's why I tend to chuckle when I read these articles, I'm expecting bad weather 9 out of 12 months
It's already unusually chilly in Minnesota. I mean, it's not actually chilly, because that would mean it's just above freezing, but it's definitely colder than usual. Usually we're fucking roasting to death, being slow-cooked in water-saturated air and no breeze to save us.
St. Cloud area here, I was rather confused when I stepped outside at about 8:30 AM yesterday and realized that the temperature had fallen 15-20 degrees from the day prior. It wasn't even gradual, I had to immediately go back in and grab a jacket since there was no way in hell I was walking after that. I guess summer was nice while it lasted.
we had a tornado warning, in the middle of a bright sunny day yesterday [editline]15th July 2014[/editline] i doubt it'll be that bad
you sure that wasn't just a daytime test? lots of places will choose a weekday late morning once a month to check systems
Yep, this is global weirding.
