Guess Lucy is going with Trevor next season
Wouldn't there have been physical evidence of an assault? The police seemed very confident in it.
Verbal abuse constitutes battery in most states.

Wait why is Trevor leaving?
Good, the less obnoxious "return of the fuck machine" scenes next season the better.
10 had it's moments and I enjoyed watching it, but they seem to be forgetting what made older TPB eps so great to watch. They're no longer the drug abusing, unemployable drunk trailer lowlife shitpigeons of seasons past, they're small business owners pretending to get high with celebrities. The "we need to break the law or we're fucked" struggle has vanished.
maybe she knows more about what happened? geeze you guys act like what you read in the tabloids is 100% truth, absolutely no chance something might have happened and word got around in the inner-circle.

Hahahahaha no. Who told you that?
California Penal Code section 242 defines “simple battery” as having three main elements: (1) unlawful and willful; (2) application of force or violence; (3) upon the person of another. The touching, contact, or force can be accomplished indirectly by causing an object, or someone else, to touch the other person.
Trevor left a while ago now, I think season 8
Jacob replaced him
The show has kind of went to shit with the new revival to be honest.
#BRING TREVOR BACK

Trevor (Michael Jackson) left because of straight up abuse from Mike Clattenburg as well as other cast members to an extent. From His own retelling he was basically treated like his character. Supposed assault aside this isn't the first time cast members have left because of the people behind the scenes.

Well if the supposed victim said nothing actually happened what more do you need to know?
after reading the facts, it could be a way for her to spread her name around if she was already leaving TPB anyway. who knows

It wouldn't be the first time the victim in a domestic abuse case has denied that it has happened.

That's just how they work to be honest, which is expected when it comes to comedians. A lot of them are complete assholes but they do have a caring side as well.

This is quite true as I've done the whole denying thing. Doesn't mean much at this point as until the court happens or there is evidence brought up you must assume he is not guilty.

True but there were people there with them at the time. Granted, if they weren't physically intervening and only heard the argument then yeah anything could happen.
