Maybe it just shows where education has higher impact, that's primary school seriously, it's like people don't know they live on a planet instead they think of it as a plot of land where they can sit and be ignorant.
I don't get people who don't know where all countries on the map are, it's the basic knowledge and you just embarass yourself.
Americans and Australians.
Same here.
Rimi or Prisma is better anyways.
Norfa all the way.
My brother works in a recently-opened Maxima as an important manager person and apparently they're going to have problems with customers.
I think it's unreasonable to expect everyone to know where every country is on the map.
This news made me sad. Scary to think you can be doing something as harmless as grocery shopping and still suffer a horrible untimely death.

At least here, we have to know whole Europe, Asia, S America, and parts of Africa due to Geography lessons.
43 are dead and estimated 25 under rubble.
This is the perfect excuse for Russia to invade!
idk, but this thread is going to become a baltic states chat
maybe
OT: well why would they bother to make a goddamn garden on the roof
its not china, where someone built a whole house on a apartament roof
Is Paravin still alive? I hope he wasn't in there.

It's really sad day here in Latvia..
R.I.P to everyone who lost their lives.
Firefighters still have to research 350 square meters.
I hope that no one who I know was there.

Me too, especially because I'm not in Latvia anymore...
You can quite clearly see the garden. Building itself looks pretty new.

Also I'm probably going there tomorrow.
You know what keeps me bothering? That Latvians are so fucking dumb nationalists that hate Russia and any russian because of the "occupation" during WW2 that they fucking refused to accept a plane full of doctors and equipement from Russia. You could have saved more people you fucking idiots.
thank God I moved from that shithole.
I take it you come from a russian family, thank you for moving out :)
I take it you come from a russian family, thank you for moving out :)
Yup, russian ex-USSR familiy, so every latvian we encounter genuinely hates us.
As latvian as it gets here, fucking hate patriotic latvians who blindly hate anything russian. War is over, chill the fuck out.

For everyone else on FP - latvians hate russians because of WW2 - USSR wanted to gain Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania peacefully, and Estonia and Lithuania has agreed immediately, while Latvia refused at first, and then USSR has brought its' troops in Riga(there was a military agreement between both) and told them "either you go on our side peacefully or we will destory you and claim the land". And from that time since till the day when Latvia became independent was called an occupation period. Good job Latvia, you are fucking dicks.
