Come on guys, don't derail this thread. USSR has nothing to do with this. On other news, apparently a house was being constructed next to the Maxima building. The building materials were moved to the roof of the Maxima building so it wouldn't be stolen. So there's no denying the roof broke from too much weight.

My ex-classmate told me that her grandfather called her but she didn't asnwer the phone(didn't hear it), and he was in that Maxima, but thankfully, he wasn't inside when it collapsed.
