Where is that? That place looks beautiful.
Kazan, capital of Tatarstan, region in Russia.
Bauman's street, to be precise.
The problem starts when you are forcing instead of offering.
You're so rigtfully accusing Russia of racism, Russian Tatars have to survive in ethnic reservations: [thumb]http://img-fotki.yandex.ru/get/6313/30348152.12f/0_64187_41730fc5_orig[/thumb]
Funny. If this excercise is anything like traditional Russian relocations, it will be forced, leave residents no time to prepare and new habitat will have nowhere near the value or utility of their current one. I'd much appreciate neutral coverage on this.
wats a tartar
Descendants of the westernmost extent of the Mongol Empire, who were divided among an increasing number of rival khanates and eventually absorbed into the Russian Empire.
Descendants of the westernmost extent of the Mongol Empire, who were divided among an increasing number of rival khanates and eventually absorbed into the Russian Empire.
Tatar tribes were conquered by the Mongols and than the Mongols kind of just assimilated into them.
Incase you mofos didn't know, the Tatars had their own Khanate during the 1500-1600s while the Ottoman Empire considered them a territory.
Take it easy, guys, they're only protecting ethnic Russians in Crimea. Putin is in the right here. The US did similar things in the past
The keyword being "past." The U.S. has fully acknowledged their past wrongs in regards to the systematic killing and relocation of Native Americans. Stomping all over human rights isn't "past" for Putin. It's Present Day.
That was sarcasm
Oh okay...I just re-read your post...but this time I read it while imagining someone saying it in an overly sarcastic tone of voice. Now it sounds sarcastic. My bad.

[editline]24th March 2014[/editline] And buddy, try 1400 to 1700.
Tartars come here to Trakai, you have distant relatives here.
