He seems so humble and down-to-earth about his works. He's even said that he doesn't really care how people get his music, just as long as they enjoy it when they get it. He makes music for his own and his audience's enjoyment.
I've noticed an odd correlation - with maybe one exception, artists/bands that say "we don't care if you pirate" are the ones that deserve high sales the most.
I like him in this video a lot
Holy shit that was absolutely beautiful and I never really thought I would ever say that about a metal song.
I've listened to SYL quite a lot but never heard DT on his own until this song. I'm proud to say I just sat there and listened, got totally absorbed. I just kept thinking about this guy just standing there on top of a huge mountain, axe in hand while the world just crumbles around him :P
Epicloud is an incredible album. This re-record of Kingdom is from it. He felt like he'd developed it enough live to re-record it for Epicloud.

There isn't a single DTP/DTB album I dislike out of his entire library.
Come to think of it the only thing I don't like from Devin is SYL's self titled album.
