Please Explain how Russian and Chinease Cultures happened then?
In the case of Russia and China the political borders came long after the cultures
Incorrect. You do not know what Nationalism is.
Nationalism is essentially excessive Patriotism, which is where you love your countries culture and way of life so much you deem it superior to all others and therefore wish to impose your culture and way of life on others.
Totally and utterly wrong, many people do not understand what Nationalism is.
A National campaign to promote Pregnancy (In adults not teenager derr!) is the solution and things will stabalise and grow again (Not a short term solution, but will work)
How is having the government take down contraceptives and promoting reproduction good?
Factories will still have to rely on immigrants for work when you are producing 'Finnish Sons and Daughters'. It's very unlikely to have private firms and corporations shift from cheap labor to a more expensive one by the time the new generation gets past puberty.

The Indians are different, they did not believe in land ownership so there culture allowed for it.

In case anyone is wondering what he's on about I edited that part out of my post because it wasn't really relevant
But the only borders that affect culture are physical ones, like rivers or mountains

Thats where the Government steps in, what they should do is lower tax for Companies that wish to hire local employees.
As I said, Immigration is not the answer.
That didn't answer my question. I'll ask again:
How does nationalism solve economical problems in countries that suffer from a declining birth rate?
Nationalism is good, this is good for Finland.

In what way exactly is nationalism a good thing?
Totally and utterly wrong, many people do not understand what Nationalism is.
No. You, are confusing patriotism which is essentially a neutral ideology with Nationalism which I have already defined for you.
Go and read Orwell's "Notes on Nationalism" as you clearly are very confused.

Thats where the Government steps in, what they should do is lower tax for Companies that wish to hire local employees, and many other incentives as well.

Then if you give benefits for private companies that are willing to hire more local workers, then you piss off the migrants and workers that have been working for the company before your administration takes office. If you simultaneously lower taxes for all companies in Finland while at the same time you are only taking in Finnish Nationals as employees, the government is going to run short on money. Especially since it will be enforcing import quotas, and a sex campaign.
You're also neglecting a 20-year-gap of what your country is going to do with migrant workers that have been working for companies for years.
I read the title as erections. :smith:

It ensures that your countries history, culture, freedoms and legacy are there for your kids, also ensures that the Government will also put it's countries people in front of others as well (So no more illegal wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and soon to be Libya)

Who said anything about the current workers going?
I live in England not Finland.

Nationalism will undoubtedly result in more wars.

I'm not talking about unemployment. I'm talking about a situation where everyone has a job and there aren't any people to employ; this is fixed by immigration, but since nationalism disregards that as a possible option I'd like to hear your solution on it.
Nationalism will undoubtedly result in more wars.
Why? The only wars that will happen are if the Countries at stake, not for oil or some other evil purpose.
We would also stick our noses out of the internal affairs of other countries.
I'll pull out another example.
America in the early 20th century had immigration quotas and limits on how many people would arrive. What's even worse was the growing racism and stereotypes of Eastern Europeans causing 'Red Scare'. Isolating a country would turn it's people into ignorant people. Integrating them breaks down stereotypes.
You can't integrate people who don't want to be integrated.

When in the history of the world has nationalism not resulted in imperialism
There should be no such thing as Nations or Borders.

Then if the skill set is nowhere to be found then bring them in on visitor visas, There is nothing wrong with a little immigration when we need it, once the skillset is acquired then we can hire our own, if the workers get married, they can stay.

Then you are a fool.
Companies will start laying off migrant workers just so that they may enjoy 'benefits' of tax cuts when they hire local workers.
I should also mention that once you start boosting tariffs on foreign goods to protect home companies, the country will have to compensate for what other countries have been providing for it before the tariff rates go up.

Okay, so an immigrant is essentially a visitor and is expected to immediately pick up a job, learn the language, learn the laws and the moment he gets unemployed he's sent back?
Only if the workers get married can they stay? Hmm, answer me this, is homosexual marriage alright with you?
It should be upto the individual religions to decide, not the state, in my Personal opinion it should be illegal.
