Coming in here, stealing our space women!
Hide yo space kids Hide yo space wife
I guess they did find a place to call home after all. Good work ghouls.
It's kinda scary if you think.
In space-related topics, 'scary' equals 'fascinating'. At least to me. Heck, if there was some ancient, evil intelligence - like Reapers, the Necron or the Great Old Ones - somewhere out there, it would be pretty damn scary but cool as fuck at the same time.
And our space jobs :arghfist::saddowns:
And bringing down our space property values!
Well, time to greet the new neighbors. I'm sure NASA or some joint space agency collaboration will try to figure out more about it.
God dammit.. This is how it starts one jumps the boarder then they all do...
It's kinda scary if you think. Space is so ENORMOUS, and so is our world the way we see it. Nothing but darkness around us, everywhere. Imagine if our planet is just somehow fell off. Not literally, but imagine all the technologies, the big capital cities and everything would simply go in vain with the snap of your fingers. It's amazing how clueless we actually are, yet we are not afraid. I'm just wondering, to what end are we building and inventing new technologies and what-not?
Survival, enjoyment and carrying our DNA on? It's all biological ultimately.
I fucking love astronomy.
Survival, enjoyment and carrying our DNA on? It's all biological ultimately.
Well, the evolution had a different approach with humans or so it seems. For some reason we were given the power to cage up others(our intelligent brain in other words), that's why we are on top of the food-chain here, and much more than that. Food is not really a concern to us anymore. Well technically it's all that matters but we've built something quite big in here. I mean just imagine what some other intellectual creatures could have created by now? And we are even discussing this on the facepunch forum, planet earth. My mind really blows at the thought that since space is endless, there must be endless amount of planets, stars, galaxies, different set of "humans" yet so far we are the next best thing to the God himself. I'm betting that when we actually stumble across some other intelligent creatures, we are about to have a real world war and not just humans fighting humans for whatever bullshit reasons :v:
Heck, if there was some ancient, evil intelligence
since when humans have not been evil? we are more evil than the devil.
"as the sun is also expected to become a red giant in about 5 Billion Years" I think by that time, we'd be living on other planets :) Plus I'd be dead already :D
was expecting badage boys
Huh, didn't know that could happen. Pretty cool stuff.
I'm not exactly sure of the mechanics but if stars can send planets into our universe, can we hitch ride on our stars to go into other universes?
I'm not exactly sure of the mechanics but if stars can send planets into our universe, can we hitch ride on our stars to go into other universes?
Interplanetary hitchhiking. Now we just need to get everyone on the planet to hold up their thumbs.
Now, that would be nice. If only it was possible :smith:
All you need is a towel and a Babelfish. After that, just get the rest of your supplies from a strag and you're set!
Yeah, you always need a towel. :unsmith:
Isn't that the porn mag from ME2 Awesome I love space
There's an omnitool upgrade for porn? I must buy this magazine! [editline]22nd November 2010[/editline] The "risk sex toys" aren't as tempting.
Wait, it's in what constellation? Fuck it, I'm going there.
