What I mean was Medal of Honor was always a super elite task force guy that kills bunches of his enemies. I doubt they are going to change it to the pace of ArmA II.

Realism in a game is a way to create a simulation of an alien or hostile environment, such as war, that you might never experience otherwise and have a way to have fun with it. Why do you think people spend hours flying commercial airlines in fsx? They'll never be pilots and can never handle an A380. Nobody wants to go to war and die.
Everybody wants to know what war is really like. Oh, and blow stuff up. That too.

Ultimately, ArmA's a better choice.
