3s is the literal definition of fetish game, and was played for shit. The reason it's even around anymore is the age the fgc contenders, and the amount of nostalgia present. Ten years from now it will barely rate a mention except from "back in my day" by people complaining about the current fgc zeitgeist. The tier balancing in 3 is a literal trainwreck with mechanical hard counters all over the fucking place.
