Alright guys, so for some reason when I download this it is stuck at "install" even though I already clicked install. Reinstalled Origin, and redownloaded this. Any tips?

So I installed Origin just for this, and it turns out there are no default neighborhoods in my copy, and the game crashes the moment I try to start something. Just as well, apparently 115 GB out of 485 is "too low" for a game that takes up only 12 GB by itself. Great first impression as far as Origin goes

In fact, I would even expect it. What's happening instead is that I am missing entire pieces of content that are needed for the game. Attempts to repair this using Origin have been unsuccessful.

Tried setting shadows to medium and the black boxes still didn't go away. How the fuck am I supposed to fix this?

This is really cool and all but whenever I boot it up my monitor says it's not receiving a signal. I'm running Windows 7 with an HD Radeon 6870.

The game won't work properly on modern GPUs otherwise. I'm sure its a resolution issue.
