I mean, I can understand having sympathy for her. She's clearly not in the right place mentally. Usually when it's a case like this and not some fuckbag like Elliot Rogers or that guy who shot up a black church, I don't think straight up thinking they're horrible people accomplishes much; it's more of just a broken human being that's not working correctly rather than some hate filled agenda.
Are you implying that Elliot Rogers wasn't "a broken human being that's not working correctly"?
that's never stopped a highschooler from getting a gun
Name the last 14 year old or younger kid who went on a rampage with a god damned gun?
Shut down tumbler
Name the last 14 year old or younger kid who went on a rampage with a god damned gun?
Liberals are using this stabbing as an example saying "look at this, if you have gun licensing then you dont have any mass shootings". When you could say that about any mass stabbing in america. There are tons of shootings in toronto that you don't hear about, like the one two months ago where some guy shot five people at a night club, two of which were bystandards, and the cops have no idea who did it. If this girl had access to her dads gun and it was a shooting by chance you wouldn't even have the mental health discussion going on in this thread right now, people would be blaming the gun laws and talking about gun control.
saying tumblr encourages violence is like saying fp encourages throwing molotovs at cops
So jarring. It must be so shocking to have a classmate just up and stab you. I hope the victims' injuries mend in short time. It is unfortunate that the stabber suffers from mental illness, but she stabbed people so she needs to be held culpable, regardless of her mental state. She needs to be brought to justice and also probably get therapy to reduce her danger to others and her own self in the future. If only she had been helped before it got to this point.
saying tumblr encourages violence is like saying fp encourage throwing molotovs at cops
Where's that thread full of people wanting to hold an open insurrection in Chicago over that detention center.
Wait, so was she actually trans or not?
Wait, so was she actually trans or not?
Nope.
Another weak minded person who thinks she has been through 'a lot' but isn't even old enough to have faced the real world yet.
You're horrible if you think suffering through mental illnesses isn't "a lot, get with the real world bitch". Mental illnesses can be absolute anguish and pure suffering to go through. source: I've had one, and I'm on medication for it.
This is girl was obviously seriously ill.. her DA journals record more than one suicide attempt and describes her urge to kill someone
look at it this way: we just saved a life by killing me. I am quite homicidal as of late. Not sure why. Probably got something wrong with my brain. But this will prevent me from hurting any innocent people. A very troubled young woman taking out her internal anguish on others via stabbing seems like a good platform to push an anti-gun, anti-Tumblr agenda.
I feel bad for everybody involved.
i don't sympathize for her
It would also seem she has a DeviantArt with angsty art and journal entries
lol
lol
a girl likes girly things? who woulda thunk
a girl likes girly things? who woulda thunk
that looks like a dog i think it is a dog
Wait, so was she actually trans or not?
Yeah? She says she's genderfluid and that's a form of transgenderism so what told you otherwise?
lol
I see a girl who posted two pictures of an animal, one with shading, one without. This is seriously the most tame/non-noteworthy thing to point out of this girl.
Another weak minded person who thinks she has been through 'a lot' but isn't even old enough to have faced the real world yet.
Hey people good news, kids' problems aren't real
Yeah? She says she's genderfluid and that's a form of transgenderism so what told you otherwise?
"Genderfluid" isn't a real thing, though.
just let people be whatever they want, it doesn't harm anyone.
But even if we assume that, it doesn't make Gender-Fluid as a concept any more real
But even if we assume that, it doesn't make Gender-Fluid as a concept any more real
Why does it even matter at all? [editline]26th February 2016[/editline]
Another weak minded person who thinks she has been through 'a lot' but isn't even old enough to have faced the real world yet.
You have literally no idea what you're talking about.
But even if we assume that, it doesn't make Gender-Fluid as a concept any more real
You have no idea what you are talking about.... Genderfluid is basically where you have no strong leanings towards any gender, you feel equally comfortable in clothes labeled 'male' and 'female'. for example: Just don't conform to a specific gender, I have several friends who often dress in both clothes in public, often can't be told which is which. It varies on the day, sometimes one, or the other, or both, it's just how they feel like dressing. Urban Dictionary actually explains it quite well:
Gender Fluid is a gender identity best described as a dynamic mix of boy and girl. A person who is Gender Fluid may always feel like a mix of the two traditional genders, but may feel more boy some days, and more girl other days. Being Gender Fluid has nothing to do with which set of genitalia one has, nor their sexual orientation.
Theres a pretty large difference between not conforming to social norms in regard to gender and genuine gender dysphoria.

Congratulations, you are the overwhelming majority of Western society! Here's your *special* badge. (Though in the case of men wearing explicitly feminine clothing such as skirts or dresses, there may be more to it)
Theres a pretty large difference between not conforming to social norms in regard to gender and genuine gender dysphoria.
i feel like this is the only thing that needs to be said on the matter, especially in regards to this subject
Pretty sad to hear about this, both on the side of her stabbing people and the fact that she even had the want to stab someone. I know that the main focus is that she stabbed 4 people, but they'll be fine in enough time. I just hope that she'll get the counseling she needs. People like her just need some way to vent for a while.
(Though in the case of men wearing explicitly feminine clothing such as skirts or dresses, there may be more to it)
Congratulations you follow society, there is no such thing as feminine or mainly clothing. The whole idea of gender roles makes no sense as it's made up by people who say you have to do A or else you are not allowed to be a part of this. When in reality it is fabric made into different shapes, sizes, and designs.

It would be like a man wearing a bra.
