Congratulations you follow society, there is no such thing as feminine or mainly clothing. There are such things as feminine and masculine* clothing. As said by lurr above, they're tailored for bodily comfort for each gender being as each gender has differences.
Liberals
This isn't "Liberals" this is anti-gun people. I'm honestly sick of people grouping all of politics into "liberals" and "conservatives", it's fucking annoying and disingenuous.
there is no such thing as feminine or mainly clothing
Wrong, women's clothing is cut for boobs and wider hips
You have no idea what you are talking about....
Genderfluid is basically where you have no strong leanings towards any gender, you feel equally comfortable in clothes labeled 'male' and 'female'.
Gender is about much more than what clothes you want to wear. Being trans is classified as a mental disorder because it causes extreme mental anguish for those that suffer from it, and it's not a choice. The whole "genderfluid" thing really cheapens that tbh and there's 0 scientific evidence at all backing up its existence.
As far as I can tell, it's just people confusing gender and gender roles into the same thing.
Genderfluid is basically where you have no strong leanings towards any gender, you feel equally comfortable in clothes labeled 'male' and 'female'.
so basically everyone who isn't old or conservative?
women wear trousers all the time, i don't see why that necessitates this extra definition. being more girl or more boy some days? the behaviours to boys and girls often vary across nations, so to have a "genderfluid" as a universal term is already dodgy when their expression can range widely depending on their location
Just don't conform to a specific gender, I have several friends who often dress in both clothes in public, often can't be told which is which. It varies on the day, sometimes one, or the other, or both, it's just how they feel like dressing.
But they're just wearing clothes?
I mean if you are mtf trans you are a girl who has a boys body, whereas ftm trans is a boy with a girls body. A guy wearing a skirt doesn't count if they don't have dysphoria and they are not seeking to transition - it just means they're a crossdresser.

feminine and masculine clothing have been around since clothes were invented - mainly because of the differing shapes of mens and womens bodies
Being genderfluid and having gender dysphoria make no sense.
If you had genuine gender dysphoria then there is no circumstance where adopting the role of your birth sex would be preferable to keeping the role of your identified gender.
http://nonbinary.org/wiki/Genderfluid#List_of_specific_kinds_of_genderfluid_identities_and_experiences
it can basically be anything
Im sorry but if you're actually trying to use that as an actual valid source to refute what im saying then you really dont know what you're talking about
Yes, I used a page with the word 'batgender' as a legitimate source.
Nothing on that page has any credibility at all in any form whatsoever. None of those terms are legitimate and all of them are literally people describing aspects of their personality but then sticking gender in there for no discernible reason.
There is no evidence backing up anything that you've posted. Nor does anything you've posted refute anything that I've said.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genderqueer#Definitions_and_identity
Because its such a wide spectrum people who have gender dysphoria but sometimes are content/happy with their sex fit in to it.
I want you to step back and realize that you're arguing about the minutiae of gender dysphoria to a trans person.
I don't even know if what I just said is even correct
given what you were saying to kyle earlier, i am inclined to agree that you don't know what you're talking about
A man wearing a dress is weird because a dress is designed specifically to fit women. It would be like a man wearing a bra.
See the last thing I said, you can make a dress that would match a man's body. If you look at the definition of feminine and masculine it associates with gender. All it is in the end is shaped fabric that has no meaning at all. Humans just give it meaning for whatever reason they have. I'd guess it's an emotional reaction though I can't say for certain.
i don't see how that source isn't 100% legitimate
Explain your reasoning behind this conclusion.
"Genderfluid" isn't a real thing, though.
Source?
Source?
i think the burden of proof lies on the person proving the existence of genderfluids, the default position is that they do not exist unless there is sufficient information to determine otherwise
i think the burden of proof lies on the person proving the existence of genderfluids, the default position is that they do not exist unless there is sufficient information to determine otherwise
The default position is that they don't exist BECAUSE there is no actual evidence. No expert wants to touch this bullshit with a ten-foot pole. These are people who make a life out of one-upping each others in made-up mental diagnoses on Tumblr without ever visiting a real head doctor. There's no credibility to those claims and they know it. It's why they never go see a professional.
Facing the reality that they're incapable of living in the real world because they're spoiled whiners is too much for them, so they baby each other into a sense that the world is out to get them. I guarantee you that to her and her sick supporters, the 8 victims are villains who by their mere existence are guilty of ruining her existence.
We're way past just laughing at these leftist cults at this point. Why did we put so much effort into stopping violence and idiocy from the right wing and then sit idly by when the exact same insanity comes flying in from the left?
I'm kinda skeptical about "genderfluid" since it's extremely recent while transgenderism has been around since forever
Genderfluid just means that you identify yourself as different genders (for any reason) at different times, and because there are people who do this genderfluids exist.
It's not a medical condition, it's just a way to describe certain behaviours
It's cute when a kid goes "I'm a Ninja-Turtle!" It's fucking disturbing when a teenager goes "I'm Genderfluid and sexually identify as an Attack Chopper and am sexually compatible with unicorns and Hares." Okay? If it's any kind of disorder, it's Borderline disorder. That's the only thing it's ever gonna be. That or attentionwhoring. It's not healthy for a teenagers development to get stuck in this behavior via Tumblr or other platforms. It becomes a vicious spiral that halts constructive development of their sense of self and self-esteem.
It's a cry for someone to talk to them, pay attention and address their concerns and issues. It's almost always kids who were emotionally neglected or abused during childhood that go and make this up. It's the exact same crowd that makes up false mental aliments without consulting a professional.

[editline]27th February 2016[/editline]
And because it's so vague we get all these kids who felt insecure about their gender once calling themselves genderfluids and make up a bunch of silly genders to get attention.
the vagueness is a weakness of the model, you can't really use it to describe behaviour
also there's pretty much just men and women (with trans people transitioning from one into the other due to medical circumstances). genderfluids seem to be just people who twenty years ago you'd call crossdressers or tomboys or something
Honestly that is a completely different issue, in that case genderfluid could be replaced with 'headmates', asexual, autistic or any other snowflake condition.
HEADMATES?

WHAT?
Glad to see nobody got killed.
But i'm here to shitpost, so this must suck at stabbing people.

Pretty much just imaginary friends.
Kids who pretend that they have voices in their head, Google it it's hilarious
That's not at all what i was talking about. I was just talking about kids pretending to be characters VS teenagers more than pretending to be cross-species. One is cute, the other is alarming and insane behavior.

They drag a few people with mental illness down along with them so it's still pretty awful.
Ironically Tumbr is worse than most Chan boards
