Entire software ecosystem begins to intermittently shit itself as a result of the identity fuzzing to mess with the NSA.
And that's why we won't see this feature unless it's revealed that the NSA is so insane they're literally spying through the webcams on the iPads of toddlers while they play matching-puzzle games on a daily basis all across the US.
There are NSA agents working at Apple, they can do what ever they want with the code and better obfuscate it into the firmware or hardware levels without us knowing, since there won't be anyone else who going to leak those information about the upgraded hack we not going to know about it.
