This is pretty sweet. Can't wait for the version that repairs brain cells, family friend of ours had a stroke recently and lost all sight in his right eye.
His wife lacks sight in her left eye, he said "Well, together we have near perfect sight as long as we stick together!"

How do they make sure the gel stays in the damaged areas of the heart? If it were to flow uncontrolled it could easily block major blood vessels and whatnot.
