He was judged as not meeting criteria for involuntary hospitalisation, the documents said.
I hope the one who judged him not meeting the criteria learns of what happened. 2 poeple are dead because you didn't help him. Fuck you.
none of you will understand why he said that until you have a child yourselves.
I salute that father. Personally, my choice of words would have been far more vulgar.
If any of you were in the dad's shoes where his son was about to kill him, what you think of saying in the given situation is dependent on the existing relationship already made between father and son over the course of their lives; 43 years is a long time to develop a relationship like that. He must have really loved his son and understood the extent of his mental issues to have said that to him as his final words. Really sad story. :saddowns:
I salute that father. Personally, my choice of words would have been far more vulgar.
They probably wouldn't, parents have a special bond with their kids or something
[img_thumb]http://www.thewallanalysis.com/Pictures/MovieShots/FullSizeShots/Trial29.JPG[/img_thumb] "Since, my friend, you have revealed your deepest fear, I sentence you to be exposed before Your peers. Tear down the wall!"
Wrong rock band. "Father." "Yes son?" "I want to kill you."
Maybe because the media WANTS it to seem like it was taken right out of a movie. I mean, that's the stuff that gets the most attention. Just a thought, I can't really tell since I was not there.
What the- This isn't The sun
Man, I'd be like "Not me you fool, the illuminati!". That kid is totally killing the wrong dude. Well, hopefully the kid doesn't feel like a monster now that he knows he was still loved.
You'll feel differently once you have a child.
No I won't fucking bastard thinks I should die. Without me he wouldn't exist. Little shit should fuckin worship me.
You're going to be a bad father.
You're going to be a bad father.
I won't be murdered by my own offspring.
No I won't fucking bastard thinks I should die. Without me he wouldn't exist. Little shit should fuckin worship me.
you're going to be a horrible parent and you'll probably give your kids multiple complexes and they'll hate you just thought you should know [editline]12th April 2011[/editline]
I won't be murdered by my own offspring.
you're not a wolf or some shit
you're going to be a horrible parent and you'll probably give your kids multiple complexes and they'll hate you just thought you should know [editline]12th April 2011[/editline] you're not a wolf or some shit
Yes, I'll be a terrible father. Just because if one of my children (or only child) were to murder me I'd be so fucking pissed that the last words to come out of my mouth won't be "I love you". Your logic makes no sense. I can raise a great kid, they can be super smart or super active and I could be greatest father in the world. But if they tried to kill me, I'm not going to reward them. That's fucking stupid to think you should.
I think you're missing the point.
Yes, I'll be a terrible father.
no you wouldn't you're honestly saying that you would call your son a piece of shit for killing you even though he has no real control of what he's doing, isn't capable of rational thought and has been in mental anguish for basically his entire life
I think you're missing the point.
Then please elaborate for me. [editline]12th April 2011[/editline]
no you wouldn't you're honestly saying that you would call your son a piece of shit for killing you even though he has no real control of what he's doing, isn't capable of rational thought and has been in mental anguish for basically his entire life
So the murderer is mentally unstable? I'll be honest I only skimmed the article and must have missed that part. In that case, I don't know what I'd say. I'd still be pissed. But if he's not all there to begin with then I guess it's something I could understand for the next few seconds of my life.
When you've given birth to a child for whom you've cared and loved for 38 years, suddenly confronting the end of your life and of your emotional connection with that child should drive you to sadness, not anger. If it does drive you to anger, then you are not a person capable of deep emotional attachment and love, and are going to be a terrible parent. Especially considering the guy is schizophrenic, and was in a deep state of blind psychosis at the time.

My reaction to my death has no influence on how I raise anybody.
It reflects your personality.
It reflects your personality.
You have got to be the dumbest person here. If you were murdered, would you be happy? I don't think so. If you were murdered by someone who was very close to you, can you honestly say that you would forgive them? (assuming they are mentally stable). None of this has anything to do with my personality or how I would raise my children. Death is not something I welcome with open arms.

I said exactly the contrary. You should be sad, and not angry. If it wasn't your child, that's a completely different story. However, if facing death at the hand of your own child doesn't make you sad, there is something wrong with you.
Clearly we both have different opinions on the matter so I'm just going to stop here. I'd really rather not spark a heated argument which gets either of us banned.

He admits to killing his father and sister, feels terrible about it, then pleads not guilty. Why.
He admits to killing his father and sister, feels terrible about it, then pleads not guilty. Why.
because mental instability?
Conditional love is never good. Read up on it or something.
I understand that. But I'm only 21. I haven't experienced unconditional love. I'm sure only a fraction of the world population has. I'm not saying I'm heartless, I have a girlfriend whom I love very much and a loving family who's always there when I need them. But I can't honestly say that I know unconditional love.
He admits to killing his father and sister, feels terrible about it, then pleads not guilty. Why.
you post on an ItN thread without having read the news article or any of the posts why
because mental instability? [editline]12th April 2011[/editline] you also said "the little shit should worship me" if you go into parenting with that attitude, you will be a terrible parent. straight up.
Drop it already will yea. I have, Matix has. Leave it be please.
